This Underage User Policy explains how Playflick™ Media .ltd handles accounts, content, privacy, safety, purchases, uploads, reports, and restrictions involving users who may be under the required age to use Playflick.com.

2. Minimum Age
Users must meet the minimum age requirement stated in Playflick’s Terms of Service and any applicable law in their country or region.
If you are under the required age, you must not create an account, upload content, make purchases, use paid features, access creator tools, use monetisation, or use Playflick without appropriate permission where required.
Users under 18 should use Playflick only with appropriate guidance from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Not Designed for Very Young Children
Playflick is not designed for very young children.
Playflick may include user-generated videos, trailers, shorts, comments, livestreams, paid content, advertisements, and creator-made entertainment that may not be suitable for children.
Parents and guardians should decide whether Playflick is appropriate for a young person based on age, maturity, local law, family rules, and the type of content available.
4. False Age Information
Users must not provide false age, date of birth, identity, account, or guardian information to access Playflick features.
Playflick may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts where we believe a user is underage, has misrepresented their age, or is using features they are not eligible to use.

If Playflick reasonably believes an account belongs to a user below the required age, we may take action.

A parent or legal guardian may contact Playflick about an account, content, purchase, privacy issue, safety concern, or data request involving a child or young person.

7. Uploads by Underage Users
Underage users must not upload content unless they are old enough to do so under Playflick rules and applicable law, and have appropriate permission where required.
Uploads involving children or young people must not:
- Reveal private information such as school, home address, location, routine, or contact details
- Show children in private, vulnerable, humiliating, or unsafe situations
- Sexualise children or young people
- Encourage dangerous activities or challenges
- Expose children to bullying, grooming, harassment, or exploitation
- Use children to mislead viewers, raise money unfairly, or manipulate engagement
Playflick may remove or restrict uploads involving children where there are safety, privacy, consent, exploitation, or legal concerns.
8. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Playflick has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, or content that sexualises minors.
Users must not upload, share, request, promote, save, link to, comment on, or interact with child sexual abuse material or exploitative content involving minors.
Serious child-safety violations may result in immediate account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate or required.
9. Private Information About Children
Users must not share private information about children without appropriate permission and a lawful basis.
Private information may include:
- Home address
- School or nursery
- Phone number
- Private email address
- Live location
- Daily routine
- Medical information
- Identity documents
- Private messages
- Private photos or videos
- Family or safeguarding information
Playflick may remove or restrict content that exposes children to privacy, safety, grooming, exploitation, or harassment risks.
10. Purchases and Paid Features
Users under 18 should not make purchases, use paid features, subscribe, rent videos, buy paid content, use wallet credits, donate, tip, advertise, or use monetisation without permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Paid features may include:

- Creator subscriptions
- Channel memberships
- Wallet credits
- Tips or donations where available

- Pro or premium features
Playflick may restrict, refund, reverse, or review purchases involving underage users where appropriate and in line with our Refund Policy, Payments & Billing Terms, and applicable law.
11. Monetisation and Creator Payouts
Creator monetisation and payout features may require users to be at least 18 or the age of legal majority in their country or region.
Playflick may require identity verification, guardian involvement, business information, payment information, tax information, or other checks before enabling monetisation or payouts.
Playflick may restrict monetisation where the creator is underage or cannot meet verification, tax, payment, safety, or policy requirements.
12. Livestreaming by Young Users
Livestreaming may create additional safety risks because it happens in real time.
Playflick may restrict livestreaming for young users or accounts where age, safety, verification, moderation, copyright, or privacy concerns exist.
Young users must not livestream from private or sensitive locations, reveal personal information, interact with unsafe strangers, or perform dangerous acts.
13. Direct Contact and Grooming Risks
Users must not use Playflick to groom, exploit, pressure, manipulate, threaten, blackmail, or make unsafe contact with children or young people.
Prohibited behaviour includes:
- Requesting private images or videos from a child
- Asking a child to keep secrets from parents or guardians
- Moving a child to private messaging apps for unsafe reasons
- Offering money, gifts, fame, roles, sponsorships, or opportunities to manipulate a child
- Sexual comments directed at minors
- Threats, blackmail, or coercion involving a child
14. Advertising and Underage Users
Ads, sponsored content, affiliate promotions, and paid partnerships must not exploit children or target underage users unfairly.
Advertisers and creators must not:
- Pressure children to make purchases
- Encourage children to ask parents or guardians to buy products unfairly
- Hide sponsored content in child-directed content
- Promote age-restricted or unsafe products to children
- Collect children’s personal information through promotions
- Use children in misleading or exploitative advertising

If your account or content was restricted because of an age-related or underage-use concern and you believe Playflick made a mistake, you may request a review.
