Playflick is a video discovery and creator platform for independent entertainment, short films, trailers, creators, and community videos. Because Playflick allows user-generated content, moderation helps protect users, creators, children, rights holders, advertisers, payment systems, and the wider community.

7. Factors We May Consider
When reviewing content or activity, Playflick may consider:

- The title, description, thumbnail, tags, and metadata
- The surrounding context
- Whether the content is educational, documentary, newsworthy, artistic, satirical, or commentary
- Whether the content targets, harms, exploits, or endangers others
- Whether children or vulnerable people are involved
- Whether the content is monetised or paid
- Whether the content is advertised or promoted
- Whether there are copyright, trademark, privacy, or legal concerns
- Whether there is a pattern of repeat violations
- Whether the account has previous warnings or enforcement history

8. Illegal and Severe Content
Some content may result in immediate removal, account termination, evidence preservation, or reporting to relevant authorities.

Age restriction or reduced visibility is not a guarantee that content will remain available. Content that breaches Playflick rules may still be removed.
10. Monetisation Moderation
Playflick may apply stricter standards to monetised content, paid content, creator earnings, advertising, and commercial activity.
We may disable monetisation, restrict paid content, withhold earnings, reverse payments, or issue refunds where content or activity involves:
- Copyright infringement
- Fake views or artificial engagement
- Invalid traffic
- Fraud
- Chargebacks or refund abuse

- Unsafe or prohibited content
- Scams or deceptive claims

11. Advertising Moderation

13. Repeat Violations
Repeated violations may lead to stronger enforcement.

14. Ban Evasion and Related Accounts
Users must not create or use additional accounts to evade warnings, restrictions, suspensions, terminations, payment holds, monetisation restrictions, upload bans, livestream restrictions, or other enforcement action.
Playflick may restrict or terminate related accounts where we believe they are used to evade enforcement.
15. Notices to Users
Where appropriate, Playflick may notify users about moderation decisions.
Notices may include:

18. Moderation Is Not Perfect

19. No Obligation to Host Content
Playflick is not required to host, display, recommend, monetise, promote, preserve, or continue making available any content, account, ad, livestream, comment, paid feature, or creator tool.
Playflick may remove, restrict, or discontinue content or features where we believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, rights protection, platform integrity, business operations, or user protection.
