2. Purpose of This Policy
Creators may work with managers, agents, agencies, publicists, assistants, production companies, or other representatives. These relationships can affect account access, channel management, content uploads, monetisation, sponsorships, payouts, contracts, privacy, and audience trust.

- How creator consent and role limits apply
- How Playflick may respond to representative abuse or disputes
3. Feature Availability
Representative tools, manager access, agent access, delegated roles, agency dashboards, creator team tools, payout representative tools, business authority review, and related features may not be available to every creator, country, account type, business, organisation, agency, or representative.
Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue creator representative features at any time.

- Owner
Role permissions may be limited and may not allow every account action.
8. No Password Sharing
Creators and representatives should not share passwords, one-time login codes, backup codes, passkeys, security keys, or two-factor authentication codes.
Password sharing may create security, privacy, fraud, payout, and account ownership risks.
Playflick may require account security review where shared access, suspicious login activity, or unauthorised representative access is detected.
9. Representative Responsibilities
Representatives must act honestly, lawfully, and within the authority granted by the creator.

19. Representative Disputes
Disputes may arise between creators, managers, agencies, assistants, publicists, business partners, collaborators, or legal representatives.

Playflick may require creator confirmation, legal documents, court orders, or authority evidence before changing account access.
20. Creator Incapacity, Death, or Succession
If a creator is deceased, incapacitated, or unable to manage their account, Playflick may review requests under the Account Memorialisation & Legacy Access Policy and Creator Channel Transfer & Succession Policy.
Representatives must not use creator incapacity or death to take over channels, redirect payouts, hide disputes, or mislead Playflick without lawful authority.
21. Privacy and Confidentiality
Representatives may have access to creator account data, analytics, audience information, payout records, business information, private messages, draft content, sponsorship details, or other sensitive information.
Representatives must not misuse or disclose confidential information obtained through creator access or Playflick tools.

Representatives working with child creators, young performers, young filmmakers, or young users must follow child-safety rules and applicable law.
Representatives must not:
- Exploit young creators financially
- Pressure children into unsafe content
- Hide account activity from parents or guardians where inappropriate
- Collect children’s private information unlawfully
- Use representation as a cover for grooming or unsafe contact
- Mislead Playflick about guardian consent where required
Serious child-safety concerns may result in immediate account action and reporting where appropriate or required.
23. Fraud and Abuse Prevention
Users must not abuse representative processes, authority claims, team tools, creator account access, or payout permissions.
Prohibited activity may include:
