This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using Playflick.com and any related services, accounts, video upload tools, comments, profiles, playlists, creator tools, monetisation features, advertising tools, APIs, livestreaming features, and community features operated by Playflick™ Media .ltd.
This policy applies to all visitors, users, creators, uploaders, viewers, commenters, advertisers, subscribers, customers, developers, and anyone else who accesses or uses Playflick.
By using Playflick, you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Online Safety Policy, Child Safety Policy, Copyright & Takedown Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other rules we publish.

2. General Rule
You must use Playflick lawfully, safely, honestly, and responsibly.
You must not use Playflick to:
- Break the law
- Harm, exploit, threaten, abuse, or harass others
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Mislead, scam, or defraud users
- Attack, disrupt, scrape, overload, or interfere with Playflick
- Manipulate views, likes, subscribers, comments, ads, payments, or rankings
- Evade moderation, account restrictions, bans, or security controls
- Expose Playflick, users, creators, partners, advertisers, hosts, payment providers, or third parties to legal, safety, security, reputational, or operational risk
3. Account Use
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
You must not:
- Create accounts using false, misleading, stolen, or unauthorised information
- Create accounts for users who are under the minimum age
- Sell, rent, transfer, or trade accounts without permission
- Share your login details with unauthorised people
- Use another person’s account without permission
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans, restrictions, upload limits, payment restrictions, or moderation
- Create fake accounts to manipulate engagement or mislead users
- Register usernames, channel names, or profile names that impersonate others or infringe rights
- Use Playflick staff names, logos, branding, or official-sounding names without permission
We may suspend, restrict, rename, reclaim, or terminate accounts that breach this policy.
4. Content Upload Rules
You may only upload content that you own, created, licensed, or have permission to use.
You must not upload, post, stream, sell, monetise, advertise, or share content that:
- Infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights, database rights, or other rights
- Contains illegal material
- Contains child sexual abuse material or child exploitation
- Promotes terrorism or violent extremism
- Threatens, harasses, bullies, or abuses others
- Contains hate speech or hateful conduct
- Contains non-consensual intimate content
- Promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges
- Promotes scams, fraud, phishing, or deceptive schemes
- Contains malware, spyware, hacking tools, or credential theft
- Shares private personal information without permission
- Promotes illegal goods, services, or activities
- Misleads users through false titles, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, or claims

5. Prohibited Technical Activity
You must not attack, interfere with, misuse, or attempt to compromise Playflick’s systems.
Prohibited technical activity includes:
- Hacking or attempting unauthorised access
- Scanning, probing, or testing systems without written permission
- Bypassing security, access controls, upload limits, rate limits, or payment controls
- Uploading malicious files, scripts, payloads, or links
- Using malware, spyware, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems without permission
- Attempting to extract source code, private keys, API keys, tokens, credentials, or database data
- Disrupting servers, networks, APIs, video processing, streaming, storage, comments, payments, ads, or user accounts
- Launching denial-of-service attacks or traffic floods
- Interfering with video playback, uploads, recommendations, analytics, ads, or monetisation systems
- Reverse engineering, copying, cloning, mirroring, or reselling Playflick without permission
We may block access, preserve logs, suspend accounts, report abuse, and take legal action where necessary.
6. Spam and Manipulation
You must not use Playflick to spam users or manipulate platform systems.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Fake views
- Fake likes
- Fake dislikes
- Fake comments
- Fake subscribers or followers
- Fake watch time
- Bot-generated activity
- Comment spam
- Mass messaging where available
- Repeated duplicate uploads
- Misleading tags, titles, descriptions, or thumbnails
- Artificially boosting ads, earnings, rankings, recommendations, or creator metrics
- Buying, selling, or exchanging engagement in deceptive ways
Playflick may remove fake engagement, reduce visibility, disable monetisation, reverse earnings, or suspend accounts.
7. Payments, Wallets, Advertising, and Monetisation Abuse
If Playflick offers paid features, wallet credits, advertising, creator earnings, paid videos, subscriptions, rentals, donations, or monetisation, you must use those features lawfully and honestly.
You must not:
- Use stolen payment methods
- Commit payment fraud
- Abuse refunds or chargebacks
- Mislead users about paid content
- Sell access to content you do not own or have permission to monetise
- Create fake purchases, fake ad clicks, fake views, or fake conversions
- Use bots or automation to generate earnings
- Manipulate advertising systems
- Use monetisation to fund illegal, harmful, or prohibited activity
- Hide your identity or business details where verification is required
- Avoid tax, consumer, financial, sanctions, or payment-provider obligations
We may suspend monetisation, withhold payments, reverse balances, disable paid features, cancel ads, or terminate accounts where we suspect abuse, fraud, invalid activity, infringement, or legal risk.
8. API, Developer, and Automated Access
If Playflick provides API, developer, integration, or automated access features, you must follow all applicable developer rules and technical limits.
You must not:
- Use APIs without permission or valid credentials
- Share API keys, tokens, or credentials with unauthorised parties
- Exceed rate limits or usage limits
- Scrape or harvest user data
- Build tools that spam, abuse, or manipulate Playflick
- Use API access to copy, clone, or compete unfairly with Playflick
- Use automated tools to download videos without permission
- Bypass privacy, security, or content controls
- Use Playflick data for surveillance, profiling, harassment, or unlawful purposes
We may suspend API access, revoke keys, restrict accounts, or take legal action where API access is misused.
9. Privacy and Personal Data
You must respect the privacy of others.
You must not:
- Collect, scrape, sell, or misuse personal data from Playflick
- Share another person’s private information without permission
- Doxx users, creators, staff, or third parties
- Upload private recordings without appropriate consent
- Use Playflick to stalk, monitor, or harass someone
- Request passwords, payment details, identity documents, or private information through scams or deception
- Expose children’s private information

10. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
You must not mislead people about who you are or what you represent.
Prohibited impersonation includes:
- Pretending to be another creator, user, brand, business, public figure, organisation, or government body
- Pretending to be Playflick or Playflick staff
- Using official-looking names, badges, logos, or marks without permission
- Creating fake support, payment, copyright, or moderation accounts
- Misrepresenting sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, verification, or affiliation
We may remove misleading accounts, usernames, profile images, logos, content, or claims.
11. Advertising and Promotion Rules
Advertisements, promotions, sponsored content, and commercial posts must be honest, lawful, and appropriate.
You must not advertise or promote:
- Scams or fraudulent offers
- Illegal goods or services
- Counterfeit goods
- Malware, phishing, or hacking tools
- Exploitative financial products
- Misleading health or medical claims
- Illegal gambling
- Adult sexual services
- Weapons trafficking
- Drugs or unlawful substances
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks
- Content that targets children unfairly or unsafely
We may reject, remove, suspend, or restrict ads or promotional content at our discretion.
12. Use of Playflick Branding
You must not use Playflick’s name, logo, trademark, design, layout, branding, or identity without permission.
You must not:
- Claim to be officially endorsed by Playflick without written permission
- Use Playflick branding in a misleading way
- Create fake Playflick support pages or accounts
- Use Playflick branding for scams, phishing, or impersonation
- Register confusingly similar domain names, usernames, or brands
13. Reporting Abuse
If you see content, behaviour, or technical activity that violates this policy, please report it.

14. Enforcement
If you breach this Acceptable Use Policy, Playflick may take action.
Actions may include:

- Restricting content visibility
- Removing fake engagement
- Disabling comments
- Restricting uploads
- Restricting livestreaming
- Suspending API access
- Disabling advertising tools
- Demonetising content
- Withholding or reversing earnings
- Suspending accounts
- Terminating accounts
- Blocking new accounts
- Reporting activity to authorities, regulators, hosting providers, payment providers, or other relevant parties
- Taking legal action where appropriate
We may act without notice where needed for safety, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or protection of users.
15. Appeals
If you believe we made a mistake, you may contact us to appeal certain enforcement decisions.
