Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue coaching, consulting, and mentoring features at any time.

5. Accurate Service Listings

7. Qualifications and Experience

Service providers must not misrepresent their qualifications, licences, professional experience, industry credits, awards, education, client results, employment history, or authority.

Providers must not falsely claim to be:

  • A licensed professional
  • A certified coach or consultant
  • A casting director, talent agent, recruiter, or studio representative
  • A Playflick employee, reviewer, or official partner
  • A medical, legal, financial, or tax professional
  • An authorised representative of another brand or organisation

8. High-Risk Advice

Coaching, consulting, or mentoring involving health, medical, legal, financial, tax, safety, immigration, employment, investment, or other high-risk topics must be handled carefully.

Providers must not:

  • Give misleading professional advice
  • Claim professional qualifications they do not hold
  • Encourage users to ignore qualified professionals
  • Guarantee financial or legal outcomes
  • Hide risks, limitations, or conflicts of interest
  • Target vulnerable users with exploitative claims

9. Bookings and Scheduling

Where booking features are available, providers and users should follow agreed session times, availability windows, communication rules, and booking requirements.

Service listings should explain:

  • How bookings are confirmed
  • How rescheduling works
  • Whether late arrival affects session time
  • What happens if a provider misses a session
  • What happens if a user misses a session
  • Whether recordings or notes are provided

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Playflick may restrict accounts that misuse session recordings or private service materials.


16. External Communication Tools

Providers may use external communication tools only where permitted and safe.

External tools must not be used to:

  • Evade Playflick policies
  • Bypass payment protections unfairly
  • Groom or exploit children
  • Send malware or phishing links
  • Collect unnecessary private information
  • Pressure users into unsafe transactions

17. Payments and Fees

Coaching, consulting, and mentoring services may be paid through Playflick tools or outside Playflick depending on feature availability and applicable rules.

If payment is processed through Playflick, it may be subject to:

  • Platform fees
  • Payment-provider fees
  • Tax requirements
  • Refunds and chargebacks
  • Fraud review
  • Identity or business verification
  • Account balance and ledger rules

Payments made outside Playflick may not be protected by Playflick payment or dispute processes.

20. Reports About Service Abuse
