3. Feature Availability
Box office fields, budget fields, revenue estimate fields, viewing figure fields, chart position tools, ranking labels, public performance badges, verification tools, data source fields, dispute tools, and related features may not be available to every user, creator, country, account type, title type, device, or platform surface.
Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue box office, budget, and performance data features at any time.

Performance data may include public or submitted information about a title’s commercial, audience, platform, or industry performance.
Performance data may include:

5. Responsibility for Accuracy

14. Internal Playflick Analytics
Internal Playflick analytics, creator dashboards, private performance reports, monetisation reports, and private account metrics may not be the same as public performance data.
Users must not disclose, misrepresent, manipulate, or misuse private analytics in ways that violate Playflick policies, confidentiality duties, or applicable law.

Playflick may remove or restrict third-party data if it violates rights, licences, contracts, confidentiality, or platform policies.
16. Fake or Misleading Performance Claims

Playflick may correct, remove, ignore, or adjust performance data affected by invalid traffic or artificial engagement.

19. Performance Data Disputes
Performance data disputes may arise between creators, studios, distributors, publicists, data providers, cinemas, platforms, investors, advertisers, sponsors, rights holders, or users.
Playflick may review disputes where appropriate, but Playflick may not resolve every private contract, accounting, finance, distribution, audit, investment, sponsorship, reporting, or profit-participation dispute.
Playflick may require official documents, source links, written confirmations, accounting information, legal documents, or verified source materials before making certain changes.
20. Confidential or Non-Public Data
Users must not submit or publish confidential, non-public, embargoed, trade secret, contract-protected, or private performance data without permission or lawful basis.
