Evidence preservation means Playflick may keep or secure information that might otherwise be deleted, changed, overwritten, hidden, or made unavailable.

- Preserving reports and moderation notes
- Preserving content metadata

4. Information That May Be Preserved
Depending on the circumstances, Playflick may preserve information such as:
- Account identifiers
- Usernames, handles, and channel names
- Email addresses linked to accounts
- Uploaded videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata
- Comments, replies, messages, or community activity where available
- Livestream recordings or logs where available
- Reports submitted by users
- Moderation decisions and appeal records
- Copyright notices and counter-notices
- Trademark, impersonation, and privacy complaints
- Payment, billing, refund, chargeback, wallet, and payout records

5. Child Safety Evidence
Playflick has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, child exploitation, or content that sexualises minors.
Where child safety is involved, Playflick may preserve evidence to support:
- Urgent safety review
- Account enforcement
- Reports to relevant authorities where appropriate or required
- Law enforcement requests
- Victim protection
- Prevention of re-upload or re-distribution
- Internal safety improvements
Playflick will not knowingly publish or disclose child-safety evidence except where lawful, necessary, and appropriate.
6. Law Enforcement Preservation Requests
Playflick may receive preservation requests from law enforcement, courts, regulators, public authorities, or authorised legal representatives.
Playflick may preserve records where the request appears valid, lawful, urgent, or reasonably connected to an investigation.
Preservation does not automatically mean Playflick will disclose the preserved information. Disclosure may require valid legal process or another lawful basis.

- Two-factor authentication activity where available
- API token activity

12. Preservation After Account Deletion
If an account is deleted, Playflick may still preserve certain records where necessary or legally required.

- Child-safety investigations

13. Preservation Holds
Playflick may apply a preservation hold when information may be relevant to an investigation, dispute, legal request, safety issue, security issue, or payment issue.
A preservation hold may delay deletion, anonymisation, removal, editing, or normal record expiry.
A preservation hold may remain in place until the relevant issue is resolved or until Playflick determines preservation is no longer necessary.
14. Limits on Access to Preserved Evidence
Playflick may restrict access to preserved evidence to authorised personnel, trusted service providers, legal advisers, payment providers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties where lawful and necessary.
Playflick may withhold or redact preserved evidence to protect:
- User privacy
- Child safety
- Victims and vulnerable users
- Security systems
- Confidential investigations
- Legal privilege
- Trade secrets
- Other users’ rights
15. User Requests and Preserved Evidence
Users may submit privacy rights requests, account deletion requests, data access requests, or deletion requests.
However, Playflick may refuse, limit, delay, or partially fulfil such requests where preserved evidence is needed for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, moderation, copyright, or dispute purposes.

If you report an issue that may require evidence preservation, please include as much relevant information as possible.

- The account or channel URL
- The username or handle involved
- The date and time of the issue
- A clear explanation of what happened
- Any screenshots, timestamps, transaction references, or supporting context
- Whether immediate harm or urgent safety risk exists
Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, unnecessary identity documents, or unlawful material.
