Playflick content and data may include protected works, personal data, creator materials, user-generated content, confidential data, rights-restricted media, copyrighted material, profile information, comments, ratings, reviews, subtitles, captions, images, audio, video, and platform metadata.
This policy explains:

- What Playflick data and content may not be collected for AI systems
- How API access differs from permission to train AI models
- What rules apply to datasets, model training, and synthetic media
- How privacy, copyright, child safety, and rights concerns apply
- How Playflick may restrict, block, or enforce against unauthorised AI data use
3. Feature Availability
AI data permissions, research access, dataset licences, developer data approvals, machine learning integrations, model-use permissions, data export tools, and related features may not be available to every user, creator, business, developer, partner, country, plan, or integration.
Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue AI data, research, dataset, or model-use features at any time.
4. No General Permission for AI Training
Access to Playflick, public pages, APIs, embeds, feeds, metadata, content, user submissions, or downloadable materials does not grant permission to use those materials for AI training, machine learning, model development, dataset creation, benchmarking, evaluation, or similar purposes.
Users, developers, researchers, businesses, and third parties must obtain express permission from Playflick and any required rights holders before using Playflick data or content for AI or machine learning purposes.
5. Prohibited Data Mining
