This may happen because of rights restrictions, HDCP requirements, device security, browser limitations, or anti-piracy controls.
16. Clips, Reviews, Commentary, and Fair Use
Some users may wish to discuss, review, criticise, or comment on content. However, users remain responsible for ensuring that any use of clips, screenshots, audio, subtitles, thumbnails, posters, or other protected material is lawful and permitted.
Playflick does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a particular use qualifies as fair dealing, fair use, quotation, review, criticism, parody, news reporting, or another legal exception.
17. Creator and Rights Holder Responsibilities
Creators, studios, distributors, licensors, and rights holders are responsible for providing accurate rights information, licensing terms, access restrictions, and content protection requirements where relevant.
Playflick may apply protection controls based on rights holder instructions, platform rules, legal requirements, or risk signals.
18. False Copyright or Protection Claims

False rights claims, fraudulent takedowns, fake ownership claims, or misuse of protection tools may result in account restrictions or other enforcement action.
19. Security Research
Security researchers must not access, copy, extract, redistribute, or expose protected content while testing Playflick systems.
Reports about security vulnerabilities should be submitted according to our Security Policy & Responsible Disclosure process.
Security testing must not be used as a cover for piracy, scraping, account compromise, DRM circumvention, or unauthorised media extraction.
20. Child Safety and Protected Content
Users must not record, copy, share, distribute, sell, store, or manipulate content involving children in ways that exploit, sexualise, identify, harass, groom, or endanger them.
Serious child-safety concerns may result in immediate account action, evidence preservation, and reporting where appropriate or required.
