This Playlists, Watchlists & Collections Policy explains the rules for playlists, watchlists, saved lists, collections, favourites, bookmarks, curated lists, public lists, private lists, collaborative lists, creator collections, community collections, and related list-management features on Playflick.com, operated by Playflick™ Media .ltd.

How Playflick may review, restrict, or remove lists

3. Feature Availability

Playlist tools, watchlist tools, collection tools, favourites, bookmarks, public list pages, private list settings, collaborative lists, list sharing, list following, list analytics, and related features may not be available to every user, country, device, content type, account type, or platform surface.

Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue playlist, watchlist, and collection features at any time.

4. Types of Lists

Playflick list features may include:

Watchlists
Playlists
Saved videos
Favourite films or series
Creator collections
Community collections
Public curated lists
Private lists
Collaborative lists
Bookmarks or saved items

5. List Owner Responsibility

List owners are responsible for the names, descriptions, images, ordering, notes, links, tags, comments, and other user-generated elements they add to lists.

List owners must ensure list content complies with Playflick policies.

6. Public and Private Lists

Lists may be public, private, unlisted, followers-only, community-only, member-only, collaborative, or restricted where features are available.

Users should review visibility settings carefully before adding sensitive, personal, private, or controversial items to a list.

Private settings may reduce visibility but may not guarantee absolute secrecy, especially where users share links, screenshots, device access, or account access.

7. Collaborative Lists

Collaborative lists may allow multiple users to add, remove, reorder, comment on, or manage list items where features are available.

Collaborative list owners should manage permissions carefully.

Users must not misuse collaborative lists to:

Spam content
Add unsafe links
Harass other users
Promote scams or phishing
Add infringing or illegal content
Manipulate rankings or recommendations
Expose private personal information

8. List Names and Descriptions

List names, descriptions, notes, captions, hashtags, and tags must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

They must not include:

Hate, harassment, or threats
Sexualised minor content
Scam, phishing, or malware links
Private personal information
Misleading official claims
Impersonation
Spam or keyword stuffing
Instructions to evade Playflick rules

9. List Images and Cover Art

Lists may allow cover images, thumbnails, banners, or artwork where features are available.

List images must not:

Infringe copyright or trademark rights
Mislead users about official status
Contain hateful or harassing material
Sexualise or exploit children
Promote scams or unsafe links
Reveal major spoilers without warning where avoidable
Use graphic or age-restricted imagery where not permitted

10. Adding Content to Lists

Users may add available content to playlists, watchlists, favourites, bookmarks, or collections where features are available.

Adding content to a list does not give the user ownership of that content, permanent access, download rights, redistribution rights, commercial rights, or permission to bypass restrictions.

11. Content Availability in Lists

Items may disappear from lists, become unavailable, show as unavailable, or stop playing.

Reasons may include:

Content deletion
Creator removal
Rights or copyright restrictions
Regional restrictions
Age restrictions
Paid access expiration
Account restrictions
Policy enforcement
Technical changes or service updates

A saved item does not guarantee continued availability.

12. Paid Content in Lists

Paid content, rentals, purchases, subscriptions, memberships, ticketed events, or digital access items may appear in lists where available.

Adding paid content to a list does not remove payment requirements or access restrictions.

Access may still depend on subscription status, rental period, payment status, country availability, age rating, device support, and rights restrictions.

13. List Sharing

Users may be able to share lists through links, profiles, communities, messages, embeds, social media, or other features where available.

Shared lists must not be used to:

Spam users
Promote scams or malware
Share illegal or infringing content
Harass or target people
Expose private personal information
Mislead users about official status
Bypass age, regional, payment, or rights restrictions

14. List Following and Discovery

Users may be able to follow, save, like, recommend, or discover public lists where features are available.

Public lists may appear in search, recommendations, profiles, community pages, category pages, or discovery surfaces.

Playflick does not guarantee that any list will receive visibility, followers, recommendations, search ranking, or engagement.

15. List Ranking and Recommendations

Playflick may use list activity to support recommendations, discovery, watch-next suggestions, search results, trending lists, and content organisation where permitted.

List activity may include:

Items added to lists
List follows
List saves
List plays
List shares
List edits
Public list engagement

List activity may be processed according to our Privacy Policy and recommendation policies.

16. Spam and Manipulation

Users must not misuse lists to manipulate search, recommendations, rankings, traffic, engagement, or creator analytics.

Prohibited behaviour may include:

Creating duplicate spam lists
Keyword stuffing list titles
Using bots to follow or save lists
Using lists to promote fake views or engagement
Adding unrelated content to capture traffic
Using list sharing for scams or mass promotion
Coordinating artificial engagement through lists

17. Rights and Intellectual Property

List owners must respect copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other legal rights when creating list names, descriptions, notes, cover images, and related materials.

Rights complaints may be handled under our Copyright & Takedown Policy, Trademark Policy, or other applicable rights policies.

18. Spoilers in Lists

Lists may include spoilers through titles, ordering, descriptions, cover images, notes, or included content.

Users should avoid revealing major spoilers unexpectedly, especially for recent releases, premieres, episode endings, character deaths, or plot twists.

19. Child Safety

Lists must not be used to exploit, sexualise, identify, harass, groom, or endanger children or young users.

Users must not create lists that:

Sexualise minors
Collect or expose children’s personal information
Target child actors, young creators, or young fans for harassment
Promote unsafe contact with children
Group children’s content in exploitative ways
Direct children to unsafe external links

Serious child-safety concerns may result in immediate account action and reporting where appropriate or required.

20. Account Deletion and Lists

If a user deletes their account, list access, ownership, visibility, collaboration, followers, analytics, and saved items may be affected.

Some list records may be deleted, anonymised, restricted, retained, or preserved where required or permitted for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, rights protection, moderation, or platform integrity.

21. Reports About Lists

Users may report playlists, watchlists, collections, list names, descriptions, cover images, links, or collaborative activity that violates Playflick policies.

22. Enforcement

Playflick may take action where playlists, watchlists, collections, list owners, collaborators, links, images, descriptions, or related features violate this policy or other Playflick rules.

Enforcement may include:

Removing list items
Removing or editing list names, descriptions, images, or links
Changing list visibility
Disabling collaboration
Removing lists from recommendations or search
Removing lists entirely
Restricting list creation or sharing tools
Restricting accounts involved in abuse
Suspending or terminating accounts for serious or repeated violations
Preserving records for legal, safety, fraud, rights, or moderation reasons

23. Appeals

If your playlist, watchlist, collection, list item, visibility setting, collaboration access, account, or related feature was restricted and you believe Playflick made a mistake, you may request a review under our Appeals Policy where available.

These records may be retained for platform operation, personalisation, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, rights protection, moderation, appeals, analytics, audits, and platform integrity.
