These Marketplace Seller Terms explain the rules for sellers, creator storefronts, marketplace listings, digital products, physical goods where available, services, fulfilment, delivery, seller fees, refunds, buyer disputes, prohibited items, seller verification, tax information, payouts, and related marketplace seller features on Playflick.com, operated by Playflick™ Media .ltd.
These terms should be read together with our Terms of Service, Payments & Billing Terms, Refund Policy, Creator Marketplace & Services Policy, Consumer Protection & Fair Trading Policy, Creator Payout Policy, Identity Verification & KYC Policy, Tax Information Policy, Fraud Prevention & Risk Review Policy, and Account Suspension & Termination Policy.

Playflick may allow eligible users, creators, businesses, studios, agencies, sellers, and organisations to sell goods, services, digital products, creator services, merchandise, tickets, downloads, or other marketplace items where features are available.
These terms explain:
- Who may sell through Playflick marketplace features
- What sellers are responsible for
- How listings, prices, delivery, and fulfilment should be handled
- How payments, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and payouts may work
- What items or services may be prohibited
- How Playflick may review, restrict, or remove sellers and listings
3. Marketplace Availability
Marketplace seller features, storefront tools, checkout tools, listing tools, fulfilment tools, payment tools, seller dashboards, analytics, and payout features may not be available to every user, creator, business, country, product type, service type, device, or payment method.
Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue marketplace seller features at any time.
4. Seller Eligibility
Sellers may need to meet eligibility requirements before listing, selling, or receiving payouts.
Requirements may include:
- Account in good standing
- Identity or business verification where required
- Tax information where required
- Payout method setup
- Accurate seller information
- Compliance with marketplace policies
- No serious or repeated policy violations
- No unresolved fraud, payment, or buyer safety concerns
Playflick may approve, reject, pause, remove, or re-review seller eligibility at any time.
5. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for their listings, products, services, fulfilment, buyer communication, legal compliance, taxes, refunds, delivery, rights, and customer support unless Playflick clearly states otherwise.
Sellers must:
- Provide accurate listing information
- Deliver what they promise
- Use lawful and authorised products, services, and content
- Respect consumer rights
- Respond to buyer issues where appropriate
- Follow Playflick policies
- Keep seller, billing, tax, and payout information accurate
6. Seller Listings
Marketplace listings must be clear, accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Listings should explain:
- What is being sold
- Price and fees
- Delivery method
- Delivery timeline where relevant
- What is included and excluded
- Refund or cancellation terms
- Licence or usage rights where relevant
- Any important restrictions or requirements
7. Accurate Product and Service Descriptions
Sellers must not mislead buyers about product or service features, availability, quality, origin, ownership, licensing, results, delivery timing, or suitability.
Sellers must not:
- Use false product descriptions
- Use fake images or misleading previews
- Claim official approval without permission
- Misrepresent digital content rights
- Hide important limitations
- Use fake scarcity or fake urgency
- Promise results they cannot provide
8. Pricing and Fees
Sellers must present prices clearly where marketplace tools allow.
Prices should not mislead buyers about:
- Total cost
- Taxes where shown
- Delivery charges where relevant
- Platform or transaction fees where shown
- Recurring charges where relevant
- Currency
- Discounts or promotional pricing
Playflick may charge platform fees, transaction fees, payment-provider fees, service fees, or payout fees where marketplace payment features are available.
9. Digital Products
Sellers may be able to offer digital products where available.
Digital products may include:
- Downloadable videos
- Behind-the-scenes materials
- Digital posters or artwork
- Templates
- Scripts or documents
- Sound packs or music files where permitted
- Educational materials
- Digital tickets or access passes
Sellers must have the rights needed to sell digital products and must clearly explain licence terms.
10. Physical Goods
Where physical goods are supported, sellers are responsible for lawful sale, product safety, accurate descriptions, delivery, packaging, returns, consumer rights, and customer support.
Sellers must not sell counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, illegal, infringing, recalled, or prohibited products.
Physical goods features may be limited or unavailable depending on country, product type, payment method, logistics support, and platform rules.
11. Creator Services
Sellers may be able to offer creator services where available.
Creator services may include:
- Video editing
- Design services
- Voiceover services
- Creative consulting
- Production support
- Marketing services
- Review services where allowed
- Custom content services where permitted
Seller services must be lawful, honest, deliverable, and compliant with Playflick policies.
12. Prohibited Items and Services
Sellers must not list, sell, promote, or fulfil prohibited goods or services.
Prohibited items and services may include:
- Illegal goods or services
- Counterfeit goods
- Stolen goods
- Pirated films, software, music, or games
- Scams, phishing, malware, or hacking services
- Fake documents or fake verification services
- Fake engagement, views, followers, or subscribers
- Weapons or dangerous goods where prohibited
- Adult sexual services where prohibited
- Products or services that exploit children
13. Regulated or Restricted Items
Some goods or services may be restricted because of age limits, licensing, safety rules, professional rules, advertising rules, tax rules, or country-specific legal requirements.
Restricted categories may include:
- Financial services
- Health or medical products
- Alcohol where legally restricted
- Gambling or betting where legally restricted
- Event tickets
- Charity or fundraising services
- Age-restricted entertainment
- Products requiring licences or permits
Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable restrictions.
14. Rights and Licences
Sellers must have all rights, licences, permissions, and authorisations needed to list and sell products, services, digital content, merchandise, artwork, music, film clips, scripts, logos, trademarks, images, or other materials.
Sellers must not sell content, goods, or services that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
15. Fulfilment and Delivery
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders accurately and on time unless Playflick clearly states otherwise.
Sellers should:
- Provide realistic delivery timelines
- Notify buyers of significant delays where possible
- Deliver the promised product or service
- Use safe and lawful delivery methods
- Keep proof of fulfilment where appropriate
- Resolve delivery issues fairly
16. Buyer Communication
Sellers should communicate professionally and honestly with buyers where messaging or support tools are available.
Sellers must not:
- Harass or threaten buyers
- Pressure buyers to remove truthful complaints
- Ask buyers for passwords or login codes
- Ask buyers for unnecessary private information
- Move buyers to unsafe payment methods
- Use buyer contact details for unrelated spam
17. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Sellers must follow applicable refund, return, cancellation, consumer protection, and marketplace rules.
Refund terms should be clear before purchase where possible.
Refunds may depend on:
- Product type
- Whether digital access has started
- Whether a service has begun
- Delivery status
- Consumer law requirements
- Seller policy
- Playflick payment rules
- Fraud or abuse concerns
18. Buyer Disputes
Buyers may raise disputes about missing items, defective items, misleading descriptions, unauthorised charges, non-delivery, poor service, refund refusal, or unsafe products.
Playflick may review disputes where marketplace tools are available, but Playflick may not resolve every private contract, delivery, quality, or legal dispute between buyers and sellers.
19. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
Chargebacks, failed payments, unauthorised payment claims, refunds, payment-provider reversals, or fraud reports may affect seller balances and payouts.
Playflick may:
- Withhold seller funds during review
- Reverse payments where permitted
- Adjust seller balances
- Offset amounts against future payouts
- Create or increase negative balances
- Restrict seller features
20. Seller Payouts
Seller payouts may be subject to payout setup, identity or business verification, tax information, minimum payout thresholds, payment-provider rules, fraud review, refund windows, chargeback risk, sanctions screening, and account standing.
Playflick may delay, hold, adjust, reverse, or refuse seller payouts where required or appropriate.
21. Taxes
Sellers are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations unless Playflick or a payment provider is legally required to handle certain taxes.
Taxes may include:
- Income tax
- VAT
- Sales tax
- Digital services tax
- Withholding tax
- Customs or import duties where relevant
- Business reporting obligations
Playflick may request tax information or issue tax documents where required.
22. Seller Verification
Playflick may require seller verification before or after listing or receiving payments.
Verification may include:
- Identity verification
- Business verification
- Tax information checks
- Payout method checks
- Product or rights review
- Fraud and risk review
- Sanctions screening
Failure to complete verification may result in listing removal, payment holds, payout restrictions, or seller account restrictions.
23. Seller Ratings and Reviews
Playflick may provide seller ratings, buyer reviews, feedback tools, dispute history, fulfilment indicators, or similar reputation features where available.
Sellers must not manipulate reviews, ratings, or feedback.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Fake reviews
- Paid reviews without disclosure
- Review retaliation
- Review suppression through threats
- Using fake accounts to rate a store
- Coordinated review attacks against competitors
24. Seller Analytics
Playflick may provide seller analytics where available.
Seller analytics may include:
- Listing views
- Sales activity
- Conversion estimates
- Refund activity
- Dispute activity
- Revenue estimates
- Buyer engagement
Seller analytics may be delayed, estimated, corrected, limited, or unavailable.
25. Off-Platform Transactions
Sellers must not use Playflick marketplace features to mislead buyers into unsafe off-platform transactions.
Payments made outside Playflick may not be protected by Playflick payment, refund, dispute, chargeback, marketplace, or payout processes.
Playflick may restrict sellers who use off-platform transactions to evade fees, protections, policies, fraud review, or buyer safeguards.
26. Marketplace Abuse
Marketplace abuse is prohibited.
Marketplace abuse may include:
- Fake listings
- Non-delivery scams
- Counterfeit sales
- Misleading digital downloads
- Fake service offers
- Manipulated reviews
- Payment fraud
- Refund abuse
- Using marketplace tools for phishing or malware
- Creating multiple seller accounts to evade enforcement
27. Reports About Seller Abuse
Buyers, creators, brands, rights holders, or users may report seller abuse, fake listings, counterfeit goods, rights violations, non-delivery, misleading descriptions, payment abuse, unsafe products, or scams.

Playflick may take action where sellers, listings, products, services, payments, or marketplace activity violate these terms or other Playflick policies.
Enforcement may include:
- Removing listings
- Restricting seller tools
- Restricting marketplace access
- Restricting payments or payouts
- Withholding or reversing seller funds where permitted
- Issuing refunds or credits where appropriate
- Correcting seller analytics or balances
- Restricting business or creator accounts
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Preserving records for legal, safety, fraud, payment, or moderation reasons
29. Appeals
If your seller account, listing, product, service, payment, payout, marketplace access, or related feature was restricted and you believe Playflick made a mistake, you may request a review under our Appeals Policy where available.

Playflick may process and retain seller records, listing records, product records, service records, order records, buyer dispute records, payment records, payout records, tax records, verification records, support messages, appeal records, fraud signals, and enforcement records.
These records may be retained for marketplace operation, billing, fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax, accounting, legal compliance, rights protection, moderation, appeals, audits, and platform integrity.

31. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Marketplace Seller Terms from time to time.
