3. Digital Goods Feature Availability
Digital goods, virtual items, creator perks, profile items, emotes, badges, stickers, virtual gifts, downloadable items, and related features may not be available to every account, country, device, payment method, creator, community, or content type.
Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue digital goods and virtual item features at any time.
4. Examples of Digital Goods and Virtual Items
Digital goods and virtual items may include:
- Profile badges
- Creator badges
- Community badges
- Stickers
- Emotes
- Profile frames
- Icons or avatars
- Digital themes
- Virtual gifts
- Creator perks
- Digital downloads
- Limited access passes
5. Licence to Use Digital Items
Unless Playflick clearly states otherwise, purchasing, receiving, unlocking, or using a digital good or virtual item gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use that item within Playflick features where available.
Digital items are not sold as property ownership unless Playflick clearly states otherwise.
6. No Cash Value
Digital goods and virtual items have no cash value unless Playflick clearly states otherwise.
Digital items cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn as money, exchanged for legal tender, treated as stored value, or used outside Playflick unless Playflick expressly permits it.
7. No Transfer or Resale
Users must not sell, trade, transfer, rent, auction, lend, broker, or commercially exploit digital goods or virtual items unless Playflick expressly permits it.
Unauthorised transfers or resale attempts may result in item removal, account restrictions, payment restrictions, or account termination.
8. Purchases and Payments
Digital goods and virtual items may be purchased using supported payment methods, wallet credits, promotional credits, creator credits, gift credits, or other payment tools where available.
Purchases may be subject to:
- Prices and fees
- Taxes where applicable
- Payment-provider rules
- Wallet or credit rules
- Refund limitations
- Fraud review
- Regional restrictions
- Platform availability
9. Wallet Credits and Promotional Credits
Some digital goods or virtual items may be bought or redeemed using wallet credits, promotional credits, gift credits, creator credits, or similar balances where available.
Wallet credits and promotional credits are subject to the Wallet & Credits Terms.
Promotional credits may expire, may be non-refundable, and may have limited use.
10. Limited-Time or Limited-Availability Items
Some digital goods or virtual items may be limited-time, limited-quantity, event-based, seasonal, promotional, creator-specific, community-specific, or campaign-specific.
Limited availability does not guarantee future value, exclusivity forever, resale rights, transfer rights, or permanent access.
11. Creator Digital Items
Creators may be able to offer badges, emotes, stickers, digital downloads, supporter perks, membership items, virtual gifts, or other digital items where features are available.
Creator digital items must comply with Playflick policies and must not be misleading, infringing, unsafe, exploitative, or unlawful.
12. Virtual Gifts
Playflick may allow users to send virtual gifts, stickers, paid reactions, badges, or similar items to creators or other users where features are available.
Virtual gifts may:
- Have no cash value to the sender
- Be non-refundable once sent where permitted
- Generate creator earnings only where eligible
- Be subject to fraud, payment, and payout review
- Be removed or reversed for policy or payment reasons
13. Creator Earnings From Digital Items
Where creator monetisation features are available, creators may earn revenue from eligible digital item purchases, virtual gifts, supporter items, or related features.
Creator earnings may be subject to:
- Revenue share rules
- Platform fees
- Payment-provider fees
- Refunds and chargebacks
- Fraud or invalid activity review
- Tax or withholding requirements
- Payout thresholds
- Creator eligibility and account standing

14. Access and Display
Digital goods and virtual items may only be usable within supported Playflick features.
Access or display may depend on:

15. Digital Downloads
Some digital goods may involve downloadable files where available.
Downloadable files may be subject to:

Users should download and store permitted files responsibly.
16. Refunds

Playflick may remove items, reverse credits, adjust balances, restrict accounts, withhold payouts, or take other action where payment problems occur.
18. Expiry and Removal

- Subscription or membership ending
- Creator account removal
- Community removal

- Payment failure, refund, or chargeback
- Technical or legal requirements
19. Account Suspension or Termination
If an account is restricted, suspended, terminated, or deleted, access to digital goods and virtual items may be affected.
Users may lose access to items associated with the account, and refunds may not be available where loss of access results from policy violations, account termination, payment abuse, fraud, or user-requested deletion, except where required by law.
20. Prohibited Digital Items
Users and creators must not create, sell, send, display, or use digital goods or virtual items that violate Playflick policies.
Prohibited items may include:
- Hate symbols or extremist content
- Harassment or abuse items
- Sexualised minor content
- Scam or phishing items
- Copyright-infringing artwork
- Trademark-infringing logos
- Fake official badges
- Fake verification items
- Items used to impersonate Playflick staff
21. Intellectual Property
Users and creators must have the rights needed to upload, create, sell, or use digital goods and virtual items.
Digital items must not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other legal rights.
Playflick may remove or restrict digital items in response to rights complaints or legal requirements.
22. No Investment or Collectible Value Guarantee
Digital goods and virtual items are provided for entertainment, expression, access, or platform-use purposes.
Playflick does not guarantee that any digital item will increase in value, retain value, remain rare, remain available, remain transferable, or have collectible or investment value.
23. Technical Issues
Digital item features may experience bugs, display errors, access delays, missing item issues, duplicate item issues, payment delays, or technical interruptions.
Playflick may attempt to correct technical issues where appropriate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent item access.
24. Reports and Support
Users may contact Playflick about missing items, failed purchases, duplicate purchases, display errors, unauthorised digital item purchases, refund concerns, rights complaints, or item abuse.

Playflick may take action where digital goods, virtual items, purchases, gifts, credits, creator items, or related features violate these terms or other Playflick policies.
Enforcement may include:
- Removing digital items
- Restricting item creation or sale
- Restricting virtual gifts
- Reversing credits or item access
- Issuing refunds or credits where appropriate
- Withholding or reversing creator earnings where permitted
- Restricting payments or payouts
- Restricting accounts or creator tools
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Preserving records for legal, safety, fraud, payment, or moderation reasons
26. Appeals
If your digital item, virtual item, purchase, creator item, refund, payment, account, or related feature was restricted and you believe Playflick made a mistake, you may request a review under our Appeals Policy where available.

These records may be retained for digital goods operation, billing, fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax, accounting, legal compliance, rights protection, moderation, appeals, audits, and platform integrity.
