Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue membership and fan subscription features at any time.


4. No Guaranteed Membership Earnings

Playflick does not guarantee that any creator will receive memberships, subscribers, recurring supporter payments, revenue, payouts, audience growth, recommendations, or long-term fan support.

Creator membership earnings may depend on user subscriptions, payment success, platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payout setup, fraud review, account standing, and policy compliance.


5. Creator Eligibility

Creators may need to meet eligibility requirements before offering memberships or fan subscriptions.

Requirements may include:

  • Account in good standing
  • Creator monetisation approval
  • Age eligibility
  • Country or region eligibility
  • Identity verification where required
  • Tax information where required
  • Payout method setup
  • No serious fraud, payment, safety, or policy concerns

  • Benefits that violate Playflick policies

10. Recurring Billing

Creator memberships and fan subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled, depending on the feature and payment method.

11. Cancellations

Cancellation may stop future billing but may not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period, except where Playflick states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.


12. Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, users may continue to access membership benefits until the end of the paid billing period where the feature allows.

Access may end sooner where there is fraud, payment failure, chargeback, account restriction, policy violation, creator removal, content removal, or platform feature discontinuation.


13. Refunds

Membership and fan subscription payments may be non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where Playflick states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Creator Earnings

Eligible creators may receive a share of membership and fan subscription revenue according to applicable monetisation rules.

  • Currency conversion
  • Taxes or withholding
  • Refunds and chargebacks

Dashboard amounts may be estimated and may differ from final payable amounts.


17. Payouts

Creator earnings from memberships and fan subscriptions may be paid according to Playflick’s Creator Payout Policy.

20. Member-Only Content

Member-only content must comply with Playflick policies.

22. No Guaranteed Personal Access

Creators must not use memberships to promise unsafe private contact, especially involving children or young users.


23. Child Safety

Creator memberships and fan subscriptions must not be used to exploit, pressure, groom, sexualise, or endanger children or young users.

Users and creators must not:
