3. Export Features May Not Always Be Available

Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue export features at any time.
4. User Responsibility to Keep Backups
Users and creators are responsible for keeping their own copies of important content, files, business records, creative materials, contracts, billing records, production files, and account information.
Users should not rely on Playflick as their only storage location for important files or records.

Where available, Playflick may allow users to export or request copies of certain data.

Playflick may not be able to provide original source files, previous versions, edited versions, processing files, raw uploads, deleted files, removed files, or files affected by technical issues.
Download or export tools may provide compressed, processed, converted, or limited versions where available.
8. Creator Data Exports
Creators may be able to export certain creator-related data where tools are available.
Creator exports may include:
- Video metadata
- Upload history
- Creator analytics
- Revenue estimates
- Paid content records
- Subscription or membership summaries
- Supporter payment records

15. Deleted or Removed Content

- The account was deleted
- The content was removed for policy reasons

- The content expired
- The content was corrupted or lost

Playflick may retain certain records after deletion where required or permitted for legal, safety, fraud, tax, accounting, moderation, or platform integrity reasons.
16. Restricted Accounts
Account restrictions, suspensions, terminations, payment holds, legal holds, fraud reviews, or security reviews may limit access to export tools.
Playflick may restrict exports where providing data could create safety, fraud, privacy, rights, legal, security, or platform integrity risks.
17. Private Data of Other Users
Exports may exclude or limit data that belongs to other users or could affect another person’s privacy, safety, security, or legal rights.

- Private messages involving other users
- Moderation reports submitted by other users

18. Security of Export Files

Developers must not use API exports to:
- Scrape data unlawfully
- Bypass privacy controls

- Reconstruct deleted or restricted data

- Share exported data with unauthorised third parties
20. Export Errors or Missing Data
Export tools may sometimes produce incomplete, delayed, duplicated, corrupted, or unavailable data.

21. No Permanent Storage Guarantee
Playflick does not guarantee that user content, account records, creator analytics, billing records, messages, comments, or platform data will remain stored forever or remain available for export forever.
Data may be deleted, anonymised, aggregated, restricted, archived, or retained according to Playflick policies, legal requirements, technical needs, and platform operations.
