This Creator Storefront Policy explains how creator storefronts, creator shop pages, product displays, service displays, digital offers, physical merchandise links, collections, product cards, storefront banners, external store links, affiliate links, and related commerce features may work on Playflick.com, operated by Playflick™ Media .ltd.

Playflick may allow creators, filmmakers, studios, brands, businesses, or verified sellers to display products, services, paid content, memberships, merchandise, digital goods, or external store links through creator storefront features where available.
This policy helps protect users from:
- Misleading storefronts
- Fake stores
- Unsafe external links
- Counterfeit or infringing goods
- Hidden sponsored or affiliate relationships
- Misleading prices or product claims
- Scams, phishing, and payment abuse
- Confusion about whether Playflick or the creator is the seller
3. Storefront Features May Not Always Be Available
Creator storefronts, shop tabs, product collections, product cards, service cards, external store links, affiliate integrations, shopping tools, and related features may not be available to every user, creator, country, account type, device, or product category.
Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue storefront features at any time.
4. Playflick Is Not the Seller Unless Stated
Unless Playflick clearly states otherwise in writing, products, services, merchandise, digital goods, or external offers displayed in a creator storefront are offered by the creator, seller, brand, business, marketplace provider, or external store, not by Playflick.
Sellers are responsible for pricing, descriptions, delivery, fulfilment, support, taxes, refunds, returns, warranties, safety, product rights, and legal compliance.
5. What May Appear in a Storefront?
Where permitted, a creator storefront may display:
- Creator merchandise
- Physical goods
- Digital downloads where allowed
- Paid videos or rentals
- Subscriptions or memberships
- Creator services
- Film-related products
- Posters, artwork, or collectibles
- Tickets or event links where allowed
- Affiliate products where disclosed
- External store links
6. Accurate Storefront Information
Storefront information must be accurate, clear, and not misleading.
Creators and sellers should clearly explain:
- What is being offered
- Who is selling it
- The price and currency
- Whether the item is physical, digital, subscription-based, or service-based
- Any delivery, access, or fulfilment limitations
- Any refund or cancellation rules
- Any sponsorship, affiliate, or paid relationship where disclosure is required
7. Prohibited Storefront Activity
Users must not use storefronts to promote, sell, link to, or display prohibited goods, services, or offers.
Prohibited storefront activity includes:
- Fake stores
- Phishing links
- Malware or suspicious downloads
- Counterfeit goods
- Stolen goods
- Illegal goods or services
- Pirated films, music, software, or games
- Fake engagement services
- Account selling or account renting
- Non-consensual intimate material
- Products or services exploiting children
- Offers designed to evade Playflick policies
8. Storefront Branding and Identity
Storefront names, banners, logos, product images, descriptions, and links must not mislead users about identity, ownership, official status, endorsement, or partnership.
Users must not falsely suggest:
- That Playflick owns the storefront
- That Playflick endorses the seller
- That a storefront is official when it is not
- That a creator represents a brand without permission
- That products are licensed, verified, or certified when they are not
- That a product is limited, exclusive, or discounted when that is false
9. Use of Playflick Branding
Creators must not use Playflick’s name, logos, trademarks, badges, screenshots, designs, or branding in a storefront without permission.
Storefronts must not imitate Playflick official pages, support pages, payment pages, login pages, verification pages, or policy pages.
10. Product Images and Media
Product images, videos, mockups, previews, and thumbnails must accurately represent the product or service.
Product media must not:
- Use copyrighted images without permission
- Use misleading mockups
- Hide important product details
- Show fake packaging or fake branding
- Use another creator’s likeness without permission
- Use Playflick badges or verification marks deceptively
- Sexualise minors or exploit vulnerable people
11. External Store Links
Storefronts may link to external stores, payment providers, fulfilment providers, ticketing pages, marketplace listings, brand websites, or affiliate pages where allowed.
External links must not lead to:
- Fake login pages
- Unsafe payment pages
- Malware downloads
- Scam stores
- Counterfeit goods
- Illegal products or services
- Phishing forms
- Websites that violate Playflick policies
12. Affiliate and Sponsored Storefronts
Storefronts that include affiliate links, sponsored products, paid placements, gifted products, commission-based recommendations, or brand partnerships must clearly disclose those relationships where required.
Creators must not hide commercial relationships or falsely present paid recommendations as independent opinions.
13. Digital Goods
Digital goods displayed in storefronts must be lawful, safe, accurately described, and properly licensed.
Digital goods must not include:
- Pirated films or videos
- Pirated music or software
- Stolen templates or artwork
- Malware or harmful files
- Stolen accounts or credentials
- Non-consensual intimate material
- Content involving child exploitation
- Files that violate copyright, privacy, or trademark rights
14. Creator Services in Storefronts
If storefronts display creator services, those services must follow our Creator Marketplace & Services Policy.
Service offers must not promise guaranteed views, subscribers, search ranking, recommendations, monetisation approval, verification, revenue, or fake engagement.
15. Paid Content and Membership Offers
Storefronts may display paid content, subscriptions, memberships, rentals, or premium access where available.
These offers must clearly explain:
- What users are buying
- The price and currency
- Whether access is one-time or recurring
- Any access period or expiry
- Any cancellation rules
- Any refund limitations
- Any age restrictions or content warnings
16. Refunds, Returns, and Support
Refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and support may depend on whether the purchase is handled by Playflick, a creator, an external store, a payment provider, or another third party.
Users should review the seller’s terms before buying.
Playflick may be unable to assist with purchases completed outside Playflick or through third-party stores.
17. Children and Storefronts
Storefronts must not exploit children or young users.
Creators and sellers must not:
- Pressure children to buy products or services
- Tell children to use a parent or guardian’s payment method without permission
- Promote age-inappropriate products to children
- Use children in exploitative sales tactics
- Collect children’s personal information unlawfully
- Offer unsafe private contact as a paid benefit
Users under 18 should only make purchases with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
18. Storefront Reviews and Ratings
Storefront reviews, product reviews, service reviews, testimonials, and ratings must be honest and must follow our Review, Rating & Feedback Policy.
Users must not buy, sell, fake, manipulate, threaten, or hide reviews in a way that misleads users.

Playflick may suspend, restrict, remove, hide, or disable a storefront or storefront feature where appropriate.

- Restricting creator marketplace tools
- Removing misleading claims
- Rejecting or removing ads
- Disabling monetisation or commerce tools
- Restricting accounts, creators, sellers, or advertisers
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Preserving records for legal, safety, fraud, payment, or moderation reasons
22. Appeals
If your storefront, product display, service display, link, ad, account, or feature access was restricted and you believe Playflick made a mistake, you may request a review under our Appeals Policy where available.
