If confidential terms are important, buyers and sellers should use their own written agreement outside Playflick.

20. Off-Platform Transactions
Users may choose to communicate or transact outside Playflick, but doing so may reduce or remove Playflick’s ability to assist with payments, refunds, disputes, fraud, delivery, or evidence review.
Users should be careful with off-platform payment requests, especially where a seller or buyer pressures them to avoid Playflick protections, payment records, or marketplace rules.
21. Disputes
Marketplace disputes may involve delivery, quality, payment, refunds, rights, ownership, deadlines, communication, or service expectations.
Playflick may review marketplace disputes where appropriate, but Playflick is not a court, arbitrator, talent agent, production manager, or legal representative for users.
