3. Image Feature Availability

Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, resize, crop, compress, or discontinue image features at any time.


4. General Image Rules

Profile images, avatars, banners, and account artwork must follow Playflick policies.

Images must not:

  • Use Playflick branding without permission
  • Contain hate symbols or hateful imagery
  • Contain threats, harassment, or abuse
  • Contain child sexual exploitation or sexualised images of minors

  • Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights

5. Profile Images and Avatars

Profile images and avatars should accurately represent the account, creator, business, organisation, or community using them.

Users should not use profile images or avatars that mislead others about identity, official status, endorsement, verification, business ownership, or affiliation.


6. Banners and Cover Images

Banners, cover images, channel art, and profile headers may be used to personalise an account, creator page, business page, or community page where available.

Banner images must not be used to:

  • Promote scams or phishing links
  • Display misleading official claims
  • Advertise prohibited goods or services
  • Harass, threaten, or target others
  • Show graphic violence in a shocking or abusive way
  • Display explicit sexual content where prohibited

7. Impersonation Through Images

Impersonation through images may include:

  • Using Playflick logos or badges to suggest staff status

8. Playflick Branding and Badges

Users must not use Playflick’s name, logo, trademarks, verification marks, award badges, staff badges, support icons, screenshots, or interface designs in profile images or banners without permission.

Users must not create images that falsely suggest Playflick verification, approval, partnership, certification, support status, staff status, or official endorsement.


9. Copyrighted or Trademarked Images

Users must have the rights or permission needed to use images, artwork, photos, logos, posters, screenshots, characters, film stills, music branding, studio branding, or other protected material.

Rights holders may report copyright or trademark concerns under the relevant Playflick policies.

Playflick may remove or restrict images that appear to infringe intellectual property rights.


10. Likeness and Privacy Rights

Users should not use another person’s face, image, likeness, private photo, or personal information in a way that violates privacy, publicity, harassment, impersonation, or safety rules.

Images must not expose:

  • Private home addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses

  • Financial information

  • Private images shared without consent

11. Sexual or Adult Imagery

Profile images, avatars, and banners must not contain prohibited sexual content.

Serious child-safety concerns may result in immediate account action and reporting where appropriate or required.


13. Hate, Extremism, and Harassment

Profile images, avatars, and banners must not promote hate, violent extremism, targeted harassment, or threats.

Prohibited imagery may include:

  • Violent extremist symbols or propaganda

  • Self-harm imagery

15. Scams, Phishing, and Unsafe Links

Profile images, avatars, or banners must not be used to promote scams, phishing, malware, fake giveaways, fake support pages, fake login pages, or unsafe external links.

Users must not include QR codes, URLs, handles, or visual instructions that lead users to unsafe, fraudulent, deceptive, or policy-violating destinations.


16. Business Logos and Brand Images

Business accounts, studios, agencies, sellers, advertisers, and organisations may use business logos or brand images where they have authority to do so.

Business images must not:
