Polls, votes, questions, options, and audience participation prompts must be lawful, safe, honest, and compliant with Playflick policies.
Users must not use polls or voting features to:
- Harass, target, or shame others
- Promote hate, violence, abuse, or illegal activity
- Sexualise or exploit children
- Collect private personal information unlawfully
- Promote scams, phishing, malware, or fraud
- Manipulate rankings, rewards, awards, or recommendations
- Mislead users about prizes, outcomes, or official status
- Evade moderation or account restrictions
5. Creator Polls
Creators may be able to ask viewers questions, run polls, collect audience opinions, or allow fans to vote on content ideas where features are available.
Creator polls should not mislead users about:
- Whether the poll is official
- Whether the result is binding
- Whether there is a prize or reward
- Whether votes affect monetisation, awards, or ranking
- Whether personal information will be collected
- Whether sponsors or brands are involved
6. Community Polls
Communities may use polls or voting tools to organise discussions, collect preferences, select topics, choose events, or support community decisions where available.
Community poll creators and moderators should make rules clear where a poll affects community decisions.
Playflick may restrict polls that create safety risks, harassment, manipulation, spam, or policy-violating outcomes.

- Medical, legal, or financial details where unnecessary or unsafe
16. Sponsored or Brand Polls
Sponsored polls, brand polls, paid research prompts, product polls, affiliate polls, or commercially influenced audience participation should be clearly disclosed where required.
Poll creators must not hide sponsorships, paid relationships, affiliate incentives, product placements, or brand influence where disclosure is required.

17. Polls and Recommendations
Polls, votes, reactions, and audience participation signals may or may not affect recommendations, rankings, trending, creator analytics, search visibility, awards, or content discovery.
Playflick does not guarantee that poll results or vote counts will increase views, subscribers, revenue, recommendations, awards, or visibility.

These features must not be used for illegal gambling, betting, financial scams, misleading prize claims, or prohibited paid-entry schemes.
