Accounts may be considered impersonating if they use similar names, profile images, branding, thumbnails, descriptions, or claims in a way that is likely to confuse users.
Fan, commentary, parody, or tribute accounts may be allowed where they are clearly labelled and do not mislead users into believing they are official.
6. Brand and Organisation Impersonation
You must not pretend to represent a business, brand, charity, school, government body, news organisation, studio, broadcaster, production company, sports organisation, agency, or other organisation without permission.
Prohibited behaviour includes:

- Claiming a partnership that does not exist
- Claiming endorsement by Playflick or another brand without permission
8. Parody, Fan, Commentary, and Tribute Accounts

- Avoid false claims of affiliation
- Avoid collecting money, information, or credentials by using another identity
- Follow copyright, trademark, privacy, and community rules
Playflick may still restrict or remove parody, fan, or tribute accounts if they are misleading, abusive, infringing, harmful, or used for scams.
