Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue messaging features at any time.
4. Respectful Communication
Users must communicate respectfully and lawfully when using Playflick private communication features.
Users must not use private messages to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Send hate speech
- Send sexual harassment
- Send scams, phishing links, or malware
- Pressure users into payments, purchases, or private contact
- Impersonate Playflick staff, creators, brands, or businesses
- Send illegal, exploitative, or unsafe content
- Evade moderation or account restrictions
5. No Expectation of Complete Privacy From Safety Review
Private communication features are private between users in ordinary use, but they are not exempt from Playflick policies, safety systems, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or abuse reporting.
Playflick may review messages, attachments, links, metadata, or reports where needed for safety, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, moderation, appeals, or platform integrity.
6. Spam and Unwanted Messages
Users must not send spam or unwanted messages.
Prohibited messaging activity includes:
- Mass unsolicited messages
- Repeated unwanted contact
- Automated messages without permission
- Promotional spam
- Referral spam
- Fake giveaway messages
- Repeated sales messages to users who did not request them
- Using multiple accounts to continue unwanted contact
7. Scams, Phishing, and Malware
Users must not use private messages to run scams, phishing schemes, malware attacks, fake support activity, fake verification offers, fake account recovery services, fake casting calls, fake sponsorships, or fake payment requests.
Prohibited messages may include:
- Fake Playflick support messages
- Fake login or verification links
- Malware or suspicious file attachments
- Fake refund messages
- Fake prize or giveaway messages
- Messages asking for passwords or one-time login codes
- Messages asking for full payment card numbers
- Messages offering guaranteed followers, views, monetisation, or verification
8. Harassment and Threats
Private messages must not be used to harass, intimidate, threaten, shame, blackmail, stalk, or target another person.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Threats of violence
- Threats to reveal private information
- Sexual harassment
- Repeated unwanted messages
- Coordinated harassment
- Doxxing
- Blackmail or extortion
- Abusive messages aimed at children or vulnerable users
9. Child Safety in Private Messages
Private messages must not be used to exploit, groom, manipulate, sexualise, endanger, or privately contact children in unsafe ways.
Users must not:
- Request sexual, nude, intimate, or suggestive images from minors
- Send sexual messages to minors
- Ask children to hide communications from parents or guardians
- Arrange unsafe private meetings with minors
- Collect children’s private information unlawfully

Serious child-safety concerns may result in immediate account action, evidence preservation, and reporting where appropriate or required.
10. Sexual Content and Intimate Images
Users must not use private messages to send non-consensual sexual content, intimate images, sexual threats, sexual blackmail, or exploitative sexual material.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Sending intimate images without consent
- Requesting intimate images from minors
- Threatening to share intimate images
- Sharing non-consensual intimate content
- Using messages for sexual extortion
- Using private messages to advertise sexual services where prohibited
11. Business, Creator, and Collaboration Messages

Business and collaboration messages must be honest and must not:

12. Attachments and Files
Playflick may allow attachments, links, images, videos, documents, or files in messages where available.
Users must not send:
- Malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful files

- Pirated films, software, music, or games
- Stolen identity documents or personal data
- Non-consensual intimate images
- Child exploitation material
- Files intended to bypass Playflick rules or security
13. External Links in Messages
External links shared through private messages must be safe, lawful, and not misleading.
External links must not lead to:
- Fake Playflick login pages
- Phishing pages
- Malware downloads
- Scam stores
- Unsafe payment pages
- Illegal streaming or piracy sites
- Fake support or account recovery pages
- Websites that violate Playflick policies
14. Payment Requests in Messages
Users should be careful with payment requests sent through private messages.
Users must not use private messages for:
- Payment scams
- Fake invoices
- Fake refunds
- Fake gift card requests
- Fake sponsorship fees
- Fake casting fees
- Unauthorised off-platform payment pressure
- Money laundering, fraud, or payment abuse
Payments made outside Playflick may not be protected by Playflick payment, refund, or dispute processes.
15. Message Requests, Blocking, and Controls
Playflick may provide message requests, blocking, filtering, privacy settings, reporting, inbox controls, or notification settings where available.
Users may be able to:
- Block accounts
- Report messages
- Delete or archive conversations
- Limit who can message them
- Mute message notifications
- Filter message requests
- Restrict business or creator enquiries
Playflick does not guarantee that every unwanted message will be prevented before it is received.
16. Deleted Messages
Deleting a message or conversation from your view may not delete all copies, logs, reports, backups, moderation records, recipient copies, or legally retained records.
Messages may be retained where needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment disputes, moderation, appeals, account recovery, or platform integrity.
17. Reports About Private Messages
Users may report private messages that involve harassment, threats, scams, phishing, malware, child-safety concerns, impersonation, spam, payment abuse, or other policy violations.

- Restricting payment or payout features

If your message, messaging feature, account, marketplace feature, business feature, or related access was restricted and you believe Playflick made a mistake, you may request a review under our Appeals Policy where available.
