- Endorsement by Playflick
6. Recognition Is Not Endorsement
Recognition does not mean Playflick endorses every statement, opinion, product, service, sponsor, external link, claim, or future action by the recognised creator.
Recognised creators remain responsible for complying with Playflick policies and applicable law.

15. Recognition Errors
Playflick recognition features may sometimes display incorrectly because of technical issues, database errors, delayed updates, duplicate accounts, account changes, or platform changes.
Playflick may correct recognition errors without providing compensation, ranking benefits, or other remedies unless required by law.
16. No Payment for Recognition Unless Stated
Recognition is generally separate from creator payments, grants, revenue share, awards with cash value, ad credits, or other financial incentives unless Playflick clearly states otherwise.
If recognition includes a payment, prize, grant, credit, or financial benefit, additional terms may apply.
17. Recognition and Monetisation
Recognition does not automatically make a creator eligible for monetisation, payouts, paid content, ad revenue share, subscriptions, grants, or incentive programmes.
Monetisation and payout eligibility are handled under the relevant creator monetisation and payout policies.
18. Recognition and Recommendations
Recognition may or may not affect how content appears in search, recommendations, trending, playlists, or editorial surfaces.
Playflick does not guarantee that recognition will increase views, subscribers, engagement, revenue, paid content sales, or visibility.
19. Manipulation and Abuse
Users and creators must not manipulate recognition systems.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Buying fake votes
- Buying fake views, subscribers, likes, or ratings
- Using bots to qualify for awards
- Coordinating fake reviews or ratings
- Creating duplicate accounts to meet thresholds
- Submitting false eligibility information
- Harassing judges, staff, creators, or voters
- Using threats, bribes, or incentives to influence awards unfairly
