Refund handling may depend on the product, payment method, payment provider, timing, fraud checks, and applicable law.
14. Chargebacks and Reversals

Playflick may recover amounts connected to chargebacks or reversals by:
- Reducing creator balances
- Reducing wallet balances
- Reducing future payouts
- Applying account holds
- Restricting paid features
- Requesting repayment
- Taking other permitted action
15. Negative Balances
An account may show a negative balance if amounts are reversed, refunded, disputed, corrected, charged back, or otherwise owed back to Playflick or a payment provider.

Playflick may offset negative balances against future credits, earnings, payouts, refunds, or other amounts where permitted.

- Timing of transaction or payout
- Refund or reversal timing
The amount displayed at one time may differ from the amount finally paid, refunded, or received.
18. Taxes, Withholding, and Reporting
Balances may be affected by taxes, withholding, reporting obligations, or tax documentation requirements.
Playflick may withhold amounts, request tax information, issue tax forms, or report payments where required by law.
Creators, sellers, advertisers, and users are responsible for their own tax obligations unless Playflick or a payment provider is legally required to handle them.
19. Balance Corrections
Playflick may correct balance errors, ledger errors, duplicate credits, missed debits, incorrect refunds, incorrect payouts, technical errors, or mistaken promotional credits.
Corrections may increase or decrease a balance.
Playflick may correct errors even if the incorrect balance was previously displayed in an account dashboard, wallet page, creator dashboard, statement, or email.

Playflick may provide transaction history, ledger records, payout summaries, invoices, receipts, statements, exports, or reports where available.
These records may be:

21. User Responsibility to Review Records
Users, creators, advertisers, and sellers should review account balances, transaction history, receipts, payouts, refunds, and ledger records regularly.
If you believe there is an error, contact Playflick promptly with relevant information.
Delayed reporting may make it harder to investigate some balance or payment issues.
22. Balance Disputes
Users may contact Playflick about suspected balance errors, missing credits, incorrect debits, payout errors, refund errors, chargeback issues, or transaction history problems.
Playflick may review available account records, payment-provider records, ledger records, support records, fraud signals, and relevant technical logs.
Playflick does not guarantee that every disputed amount will be changed.
23. Information to Include in a Balance Dispute
If you contact Playflick about a balance or ledger issue, please include:
- Your account email
- Your username, channel, business, or advertiser name if relevant
- The transaction date
- The amount and currency
- The transaction, receipt, invoice, payout, or order reference if available
- A clear explanation of the issue

Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, bank passwords, or login codes.
24. Account Suspension or Termination
If an account is restricted, suspended, terminated, deleted, or involved in suspected fraud, Playflick may restrict access to balances, ledger records, payouts, wallet use, promotional credits, refunds, or payment features.
Playflick may withhold, reverse, offset, or refuse amounts connected to fraud, illegal activity, policy violations, chargebacks, sanctions, or payment abuse where permitted.
25. No Interest
Unless Playflick clearly states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, account balances, wallet balances, creator balances, pending balances, promotional credits, and held amounts do not earn interest.
26. No Bank Account
Playflick accounts, wallets, balances, credits, and creator dashboards are not bank accounts, deposit accounts, savings accounts, investment accounts, or insured financial accounts.
Balances may only be used or withdrawn according to the relevant Playflick feature rules, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
27. Privacy and Data Retention
Playflick may process and retain balance records, ledger records, transaction history, wallet records, payout records, refund records, chargeback records, tax records, fraud signals, support messages, complaints, appeal records, and enforcement records.

28. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Account Balance & Ledger Policy from time to time.
Changes may reflect new wallet features, creator balance tools, payout systems, payment-provider rules, tax requirements, fraud controls, ledger systems, legal requirements, or platform updates.
Your continued use of Playflick balance, wallet, ledger, payout, or payment features after changes become effective means you agree to the updated policy.
