3. No Guaranteed Membership Feature Availability

Playflick may add, remove, restrict, redesign, rename, suspend, or discontinue membership features at any time.

5. Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for describing membership benefits accurately and delivering promised benefits where required.
Creators must not:
- Mislead users about what membership includes
- Promise benefits they cannot reasonably provide
- Hide important limits or conditions
- Use fake urgency, fake scarcity, or fake discounts
- Offer benefits that violate Playflick policies
- Offer benefits involving illegal, unsafe, infringing, or harmful content
- Exploit children or vulnerable users through membership offers
- Use memberships for scams, fraud, or payment abuse
6. Accurate Benefit Descriptions
Membership pages, channel descriptions, promotional videos, thumbnails, titles, posts, comments, and external promotions should accurately describe membership benefits.
Creators should clearly explain:
- What benefits are included
- How often benefits may be provided
- Whether benefits are recurring or one-time
- Whether benefits are digital only
- Whether benefits are limited by country, device, or account status
- Whether early access later becomes public
- Whether content may be removed or changed
7. Subscriber-Only Content
Subscriber-only or member-only content must follow all Playflick policies.
Paid or restricted access does not allow creators to upload or share content that would otherwise be prohibited.
Subscriber-only content must not include:
- Child sexual abuse material or child exploitation
- Non-consensual intimate content
- Scams, phishing, malware, or fraud
- Copyright-infringing content
- Illegal goods or services
- Credible threats of violence
- Terrorist or violent extremist content
- Content that seriously endangers users or the public
8. Early Access Benefits
Early access means members may be able to view certain content before it becomes available to others, where the feature is available.
Creators should clearly explain whether early-access content:

- Will remain member-only

- Groom, manipulate, or endanger children
- Share pirated films, music, sports, or broadcasts
- Promote scams, unsafe products, or illegal services
10. Badges, Recognition, and Public Membership Features
Playflick may offer member badges, supporter labels, profile indicators, comments badges, or similar features where available.
These features may change, be removed, fail to display, or become unavailable because of technical issues, account settings, platform changes, subscription status, or policy enforcement.
Membership badges do not mean Playflick endorses the member or creator.
11. Changes to Benefits
Creators may change, add, remove, pause, or replace membership benefits where permitted.
Benefit changes should not mislead existing or future subscribers.
Significant changes may include:

- Stopping early access

A creator may stop offering membership benefits, or Playflick may remove or restrict membership features.

13. Member Access After Cancellation

- Access to content the creator has no right to sell or distribute
19. External Benefits
Creators may promote external benefits only where they are lawful, safe, honest, and allowed by Playflick policies.
External benefits may include:
- External communities
- Discount codes
- Creator websites
- Merchandise pages
- Event links
- Digital downloads where lawful
External benefits must not lead users to scams, phishing, malware, piracy, unsafe private groups, illegal services, or prohibited content.
20. Children and Memberships
Membership offers must not exploit children or young users.
Creators must not:
- Pressure children to pay or ask parents to pay unfairly
- Offer unsafe private contact with children as a benefit
- Use children in exploitative paid benefits
- Offer age-inappropriate content to younger users
- Use memberships to groom, manipulate, or endanger minors

21. Misleading or Failed Benefits
