4. Playflick Is Not the Promoter Unless Stated
Unless Playflick clearly states otherwise in writing, promotions run by creators, brands, advertisers, businesses, or users are not run, sponsored, endorsed, administered, or guaranteed by Playflick.
Promotion organisers must not falsely suggest that Playflick is responsible for, sponsoring, approving, endorsing, guaranteeing, or administering their promotion.
5. Clear Promotion Rules

9. Purchase Requirements
Promotions involving purchases, paid entries, subscriptions, memberships, wallet credits, tips, donations-style payments, or other payments may be subject to additional legal and payment rules.
Promotion organisers must not structure promotions as illegal lotteries, gambling, betting, raffles, prize schemes, or regulated promotions unless they have the required legal authority and Playflick permits it.
