This Profile & Channel Policy explains the rules for user profiles, creator channels, profile images, banners, bios, descriptions, channel branding, links, featured content, channel names, profile information, and public account presentation on Playflick.com, operated by Playflick™ Media .ltd.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Content Policy, Username & Handle Policy, Impersonation Policy, Trademark Policy, Creator Verification Policy, User Generated Content Policy, Video Upload Policy, Anti-Spam & Platform Manipulation Policy, Advertising Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Profiles and channels help users identify creators, discover content, follow accounts, understand creator identity, and interact with the Playflick community.
This policy helps prevent:
- Impersonation
- Scams and fake support accounts
- Misleading creator or brand identities
- Trademark misuse
- Harassment and abusive profile content
- Spam links and harmful external redirects
- Unsafe or inappropriate profile presentation
- Misuse of creator, business, or verified accounts
3. Profile and Channel Information Must Be Honest
Profile and channel information must not mislead users about who you are, what you represent, or whether you are connected to another person, creator, brand, company, studio, public figure, organisation, government body, or Playflick.
You must not use your profile or channel to falsely suggest:
- Official status
- Verification
- Sponsorship
- Partnership
- Endorsement
- Employment by Playflick
- Representation of another person, brand, or organisation
- Authority to collect payments, information, or credentials on behalf of someone else
4. Profile Images and Banners
Profile images, avatars, channel banners, cover images, logos, and other visual identity elements must follow Playflick policies.
You must not use images that:
- Impersonate another person, creator, brand, organisation, or Playflick
- Use copyrighted artwork, photos, posters, or logos without permission
- Use trademarks or brand assets in a misleading way
- Contain sexual content involving minors
- Sexualise children or young people
- Contain graphic violence or shock imagery used abusively
- Promote hate, terrorism, violent extremism, or criminal activity
- Share private information about another person
- Promote scams, phishing, malware, or fraud
5. Bios, Channel Descriptions, and About Sections
Bios, descriptions, about sections, and channel text must be accurate, lawful, and safe.
You must not use profile text to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse others
- Promote hate speech or dehumanising content
- Share private personal information without permission
- Promote scams, phishing, malware, or fake giveaways
- Promote illegal goods or services
- Mislead users about your identity, qualifications, rights, or affiliations
- Solicit passwords, payment details, login codes, or private information
- Direct users to unsafe or deceptive external websites
- Advertise content or services prohibited by Playflick policies
6. Channel Links and External Websites
Playflick may allow users to add external links to profiles, channels, bios, descriptions, or content pages where features are available.
External links must not lead to:
- Phishing pages
- Malware or harmful downloads
- Scam websites
- Fake Playflick login or support pages
- Illegal streaming or piracy sites
- Counterfeit goods or fraudulent stores
- Child exploitation material
- Non-consensual intimate content
- Illegal goods or services
- Pages designed mainly to mislead, manipulate, or harm users
Playflick may remove, block, disable, or restrict external links that appear unsafe, deceptive, illegal, infringing, or abusive.
7. Featured Content and Channel Promotion
If Playflick allows featured videos, pinned videos, channel trailers, playlists, promoted videos, or profile highlights, those features must be used honestly and safely.
Featured content must not:
- Mislead users about what they will watch
- Promote scams, fraud, or unsafe external links
- Promote pirated or infringing content
- Target children with unsuitable material
- Use shocking or sexualised thumbnails deceptively
- Hide sponsored or paid promotions where disclosure is required
8. Creator, Business, and Brand Channels
Creator, business, brand, studio, agency, or organisation channels must be operated by authorised people.
Playflick may request verification or supporting information if a channel claims to represent:
- A business
- A brand
- A creator
- A public figure
- A studio
- A production company
- A charity
- A government body
- A professional organisation
Misleading brand, creator, or business channels may be restricted, renamed, suspended, or terminated.
9. Fan, Parody, Commentary, and Review Channels
Fan, parody, commentary, review, tribute, or unofficial channels may be allowed where they are clearly labelled and do not mislead users.
Such channels should:
- Clearly state that they are unofficial where relevant
- Not copy official branding in a confusing way
- Not claim false affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or approval
- Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights
- Follow Playflick’s Parody, Fan Content & Commentary Policy
10. Profile and Channel Content Involving Children
Profiles and channels involving children must be handled with extra care.
You must not use profile or channel features to:
- Sexualise children
- Exploit children for money, views, sympathy, or engagement
- Reveal a child’s home, school, location, routine, or private information
- Invite unsafe contact with children
- Promote content that endangers children
- Use children in misleading, manipulative, or unsafe advertising
Playflick may restrict or remove profiles, channels, images, links, or descriptions that create child-safety, privacy, consent, exploitation, or legal concerns.
11. Profile and Channel Monetisation
If creator monetisation, paid subscriptions, paid videos, channel memberships, tips, donations, or paid promotions are available, monetised profiles and channels must follow all Playflick monetisation and payment rules.
Monetised channels must not:
- Mislead users about what they are paying for
- Sell content they do not own or have permission to sell
- Use fake engagement to increase revenue
- Hide sponsorships or affiliate relationships where disclosure is required
- Use profile or channel branding to impersonate another person or brand
- Use paid features for scams, fraud, or illegal activity
12. Profile and Channel Advertising
Profiles and channels may not be used to advertise prohibited goods, unsafe services, scams, malware, phishing, illegal content, or misleading offers.
Sponsored profiles, paid promotions, affiliate links, product placements, and brand partnerships must follow Playflick’s Advertising Policy and Sponsored Content & Affiliate Disclosure Policy.
13. Spam and Platform Manipulation
Profiles and channels must not be used for spam, fake engagement, or platform manipulation.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Creating many duplicate channels
- Using profiles mainly to post spam links
- Using fake identities to manipulate engagement
- Using channels to coordinate fake views, likes, comments, or subscribers
- Using misleading profile names or bios to attract clicks
- Using profile networks to promote scams or artificial traffic
14. Account Security and Channel Control
You are responsible for keeping your account and channel secure.
You should:
- Use a strong password
- Protect the email address linked to your account
- Enable two-factor authentication where available
- Limit access to shared creator or business accounts
- Remove former team members from account access where applicable
- Report suspicious activity quickly
Playflick may restrict channel changes, payouts, uploads, or monetisation where account compromise or ownership disputes are suspected.
15. Inactive or Abandoned Channels
Playflick may restrict, archive, rename, reclaim, or remove inactive, abandoned, suspended, or terminated channels where appropriate.
Playflick may consider:
- Login history
- Upload history
- Creator activity
- Policy history
- Public confusion
- Trademark or impersonation concerns
- Security concerns
- Platform integrity
Playflick is not required to preserve inactive profiles or channels indefinitely.
16. Reports About Profiles or Channels
If you believe a profile or channel is impersonating someone, infringing rights, misleading users, sharing unsafe links, promoting scams, exposing private information, or violating Playflick policies, you may report it.

17. Enforcement

- Changing or restricting usernames or channel names
- Reducing visibility
- Removing verification where applicable
- Restricting uploads, comments, livestreaming, or monetisation
- Restricting advertising or paid features
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Preserving records where needed for safety, fraud, legal, or rights disputes
18. Appeals
If your profile, channel, image, banner, description, link, username, or feature was restricted and you believe Playflick made a mistake, you may request a review under our Appeals Policy.
