This Business & Brand Accounts Policy explains the rules for business accounts, brand accounts, studio accounts, agency accounts, creator teams, organisation accounts, advertiser accounts, official channels, representative accounts, and commercial profiles on Playflick.com, operated by Playflick™ Media .ltd.

3. What Counts as a Business or Brand Account?
A business or brand account may include an account or channel that represents, promotes, or appears to represent:

- An advertiser

4. Authority to Create or Manage an Account
You must be authorised to create, operate, manage, monetise, advertise through, or represent a business, brand, organisation, studio, agency, or professional identity on Playflick.
You must not create or manage a business or brand account if:
- You are not authorised to represent the business or brand
- You are impersonating a business, brand, creator, studio, or organisation
- You are using a business name to mislead users
- You are using trademarks, logos, or brand assets without permission
- You are attempting to collect payments, passwords, private data, or credentials fraudulently
- You are creating an account to damage, harass, parody deceptively, or exploit a business or brand
5. Accurate Business Information
Business and brand accounts should provide accurate information where required.
This may include:
- Business name
- Trading name
- Brand name
- Business address where required
- Contact email
- Website
- Authorised representative details
- Billing details
- Tax details where required
- Verification documents where required
Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorised business information may lead to account restrictions.
6. Verification
Playflick may request verification before enabling certain business, brand, creator, advertiser, monetisation, payout, or official-channel features.
Verification may include:
- Business registration checks
- Brand ownership checks
- Domain or website confirmation
- Authorised representative confirmation
- Trademark or rights information
- Identity checks
- Billing or payment checks
- Tax information
- Creator or channel ownership checks
Verification does not guarantee permanent account status, ranking, monetisation, advertising approval, search visibility, or protection from enforcement.
7. Official Status and Misleading Claims
Business and brand accounts must not falsely claim official status, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, verification, or affiliation.
You must not falsely claim that your account is:
- Official
- Verified
- Partnered with Playflick
- Approved by Playflick
- Endorsed by a brand or creator
- Authorised by a studio, company, or rights holder
- Part of a government body, charity, or public organisation
Playflick may remove misleading claims or restrict accounts that create confusion.
8. Brand Names, Logos, and Trademarks
You must have permission or a lawful basis to use brand names, logos, trademarks, slogans, product names, service marks, trade dress, or business identities.
Business and brand accounts must not:
- Use another brand’s logo without permission
- Copy official branding in a confusing way
- Use trademarks to mislead users
- Sell counterfeit goods or services
- Use a brand name to impersonate support or customer service
- Use another business’s identity to collect payments or private information
Trademark complaints should follow our Trademark Policy.
9. Account Access and Team Management
Businesses and brands are responsible for controlling who can access their Playflick account.
You should:
- Limit access to trusted team members
- Use strong passwords
- Secure the email address linked to the account
- Enable two-factor authentication where available
- Remove former employees, contractors, agencies, or team members promptly
- Keep billing, payout, and contact information up to date
- Monitor uploads, comments, ads, purchases, and payout activity
Playflick may not be able to resolve internal business disputes over account control.
10. Agencies, Contractors, and Representatives
If an agency, contractor, employee, manager, or representative operates an account on behalf of a business or brand, they must be authorised to do so.
Businesses and brands are responsible for actions taken by authorised representatives, including:
- Uploads
- Comments
- Advertising campaigns
- Paid content settings
- Monetisation settings
- Subscription settings
- Billing activity
- Profile and branding changes
- External links
11. Advertising and Promotions
Business and brand accounts that advertise, sponsor content, use affiliate links, run promotions, or sell services must follow Playflick’s Advertising Policy and Sponsored Content & Affiliate Disclosure Policy.
Business advertising must not:
- Mislead users
- Promote scams, fraud, phishing, or malware
- Make unsupported claims
- Hide sponsorships or affiliate relationships
- Target children unfairly
- Promote illegal or prohibited goods or services
- Use fake reviews, fake endorsements, or fake testimonials
12. Paid Content, Subscriptions, and Monetisation
Business and brand accounts may use paid content, subscriptions, memberships, monetisation, advertising revenue, or payout tools only where eligible and permitted.
Businesses and brands must not:
- Sell content they do not own or have permission to sell
- Misrepresent paid content
- Use fake engagement to increase revenue
- Abuse refunds, chargebacks, subscriptions, or wallet credits
- Use monetisation for illegal, infringing, or harmful content
- Mislead users about pricing, access, renewal, or cancellation
Playflick may restrict monetisation or payouts where business ownership, rights, tax, payment, safety, or policy concerns exist.
13. Rights to Uploaded Content
Business and brand accounts must have all rights, permissions, licences, and consents needed for content they upload, stream, advertise, sell, or monetise.
This may include rights for:
- Videos
- Films
- Trailers
- Music
- Performances
- Logos
- Images
- Thumbnails
- Talent releases
- Location releases
- Distribution rights
- Advertising rights
Rights-holder complaints may be handled under our Copyright & Takedown Policy, Trademark Policy, Impersonation Policy, or related policies.
14. Business Account Disputes
Playflick may receive disputes about business account ownership, brand ownership, creator management, agency access, channel control, or payout control.
Playflick may review information such as:
- Account creation history
- Login history
- Business verification records
- Domain ownership
- Trademark ownership
- Payment or payout records
- Prior communications
- Legal documents where necessary
Playflick may refuse to decide complex business disputes and may require the parties to resolve the dispute privately, contractually, or through legal channels.
15. Inactive, Abandoned, or Unauthorised Brand Accounts
Playflick may restrict, rename, reclaim, suspend, or remove business or brand accounts that are inactive, abandoned, unauthorised, misleading, impersonating, infringing, or unsafe.
Playflick is not required to preserve inactive business or brand accounts indefinitely.
16. Prohibited Business and Brand Activity
Business and brand accounts must not use Playflick for:
- Fraud
- Scams
- Fake support services
- Phishing
- Malware distribution
- Counterfeit goods
- Copyright piracy
- Illegal streaming
- Unauthorised financial services
- Misleading health, legal, or financial claims
- Fake reviews or testimonials
- Spam or fake engagement
- Harassment, hate, or targeted abuse
- Exploitation of children or vulnerable users
17. Reports About Business or Brand Accounts
If you believe a business or brand account is fake, unauthorised, infringing, impersonating, misleading, unsafe, or violating Playflick policies, you may report it.

18. Enforcement

- Changing or restricting usernames, handles, or channel names
- Removing profile images, banners, or logos
- Restricting uploads, comments, livestreaming, or ads
- Restricting paid content, subscriptions, or monetisation
- Withholding or reversing earnings
- Restricting payouts
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Preserving records where needed for safety, fraud, legal, or rights disputes
19. Appeals
If your business or brand account was restricted and you believe Playflick made a mistake, you may request a review under our Appeals Policy.
