- Your channel
- Your uploaded videos
- Your comments and community activity
- Your subscriptions
- Your paid content purchases
- Your wallet credits
- Your creator monetisation tools
- Your creator balance or payouts where restricted by policy

- Your API or developer tools
6. Reasons for Account Action
Playflick may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for reasons including:
- Violating the Terms of Service
- Violating Community Guidelines or Content Policy
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
- Child-safety violations
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse
- Copyright infringement or repeat infringement
- Trademark misuse or impersonation
- Scams, phishing, malware, or fraud

7. Serious Violations
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior warning.

- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or account takeover

8. Repeat Violations
Repeated violations may lead to stronger account action, even if each individual violation is not severe on its own.
Repeat violations may include repeated:

Playflick may use strikes, warnings, enforcement history, account history, or other signals to assess repeat behaviour.
9. Enforcement Evasion
You must not try to evade Playflick enforcement.
Enforcement evasion may include:
- Creating a new account after suspension or termination
- Using another person’s account to continue banned activity
- Moving prohibited content to another account
- Changing usernames to hide violations
- Using VPNs, proxies, bots, or automation to bypass restrictions
- Re-uploading removed content
- Directing users to external sites to continue prohibited activity
- Using developer tools or APIs to bypass account restrictions
Enforcement evasion may lead to additional account removals and permanent restrictions.
10. Account Compromise and Security Holds
If Playflick believes an account may be compromised, hacked, stolen, or accessed without permission, we may apply temporary restrictions or security holds.
Security holds may affect:

- Payments
- Wallet activity

11. Copyright and Repeat Infringer Actions
Playflick may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in copyright infringement or repeat infringement.

- Livestreams contain unauthorised protected material
- An account is used mainly for piracy or illegal distribution
- The user attempts to evade copyright enforcement

12. Paid Features, Purchases, and Subscriptions
Account suspension or termination may affect access to paid features, subscriptions, rentals, wallet credits, paid videos, memberships, ad credits, or other purchases.

- Restrict access to paid videos or rentals
- Restrict wallet credits

14. Advertiser Accounts
Playflick may restrict, suspend, or terminate advertiser accounts for policy violations, payment issues, unsafe landing pages, misleading ads, prohibited products, invalid traffic, fraud, or abuse.

- Billing access
- Campaign reporting
- Future ad approval

15. Developer and API Accounts
Playflick may restrict, suspend, or terminate developer accounts, API keys, tokens, apps, webhooks, or integrations for abuse, scraping, privacy violations, security risks, rate-limit evasion, or platform misuse.

16. Business and Brand Accounts
Business, brand, studio, agency, organisation, or official accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for impersonation, unauthorised representation, trademark misuse, fake support activity, scams, payment abuse, rights disputes, or account ownership disputes.

17. Notice of Account Action
Where appropriate, Playflick may notify users about account restrictions, suspensions, or terminations.
