2. What Are Wallet Balances and Credits?
Playflick may offer digital wallet balances, platform credits, ad credits, promotional credits, creator balances, subscription credits, refund credits, or other internal balances.
These balances may be used for certain Playflick features, such as:
- Buying paid videos
- Renting videos
- Paying for creator subscriptions or memberships
- Running advertising campaigns
- Promoting content
- Using Pro or premium features
- Paying for eligible digital services on Playflick
- Receiving creator earnings where available
Available wallet and credit features may vary by account type, location, payment method, platform configuration, and Playflick feature availability.
3. Credits Are Not Cash
Unless Playflick expressly states otherwise in writing, wallet credits and platform credits:
- Are not cash
- Are not legal tender
- Are not a bank account
- Are not a deposit account
- Do not earn interest
- Are not protected by financial compensation schemes
- May only be used for eligible Playflick services
- May be non-transferable
- May be restricted, reversed, removed, or adjusted under these terms
Wallet credits do not create ownership of Playflick, creator content, paid videos, subscriptions, advertising inventory, or other platform assets.
4. Adding Funds or Credits
Where available, users may be able to add funds or credits to a Playflick wallet using supported payment methods.
You are responsible for checking:
- The amount being added
- The currency
- Any applicable taxes or fees
- The payment method
- The account receiving the credits
- Any restrictions or expiry terms shown at purchase
Playflick may refuse, delay, reverse, or cancel wallet top-ups where payment fails, fraud is suspected, a chargeback occurs, the payment provider rejects the transaction, or the transaction breaches Playflick policies.
5. Promotional Credits
Playflick may offer promotional credits, bonus credits, trial credits, referral credits, campaign credits, goodwill credits, or other free credits.
Promotional credits may:
- Be limited to specific features
- Have an expiry date
- Be non-refundable
- Be non-transferable
- Be limited to one account, one campaign, or one user
- Be withdrawn if abused, obtained fraudulently, or used in breach of Playflick policies
- Be subject to additional promotional terms
Playflick may change, cancel, or withdraw promotional credits at any time where permitted by law.
6. Advertising Credits

Advertising credits may be subject to:
- Campaign approval
- Ad review
- Advertising Policy compliance
- Minimum spend requirements
- Budget limits
- Expiry dates
- Invalid traffic adjustments
- Fraud checks
- Payment-provider rules
Advertising credits do not guarantee ad approval, delivery, impressions, clicks, views, conversions, results, sales, subscribers, revenue, or campaign performance.
7. Creator Balances and Earnings
Playflick may show creator earnings, pending balances, available balances, estimated revenue, or payout balances where creator monetisation is available.
Creator balances may be affected by:
- Ad revenue calculations

- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Payment-provider fees
- Platform fees or commissions
- Taxes or withholding where applicable
- Invalid traffic
- Fake engagement
- Copyright claims
- Policy violations
- Fraud reviews
- Minimum payout thresholds
- Payout provider restrictions
Estimated balances are not guaranteed final earnings. Final payable amounts may be adjusted before payout.
8. Using Wallet Credits
Wallet credits may be used only for eligible Playflick features where wallet payments are supported.
Playflick may restrict use of wallet credits for:
- Unavailable features
- Restricted accounts
- Suspended accounts
- Age-restricted features
- Payment-risk accounts
- Fraud-risk accounts
- Unsupported currencies

Refund credits may be subject to:
- Use restrictions
- Expiry dates
- Non-transferability
- Anti-fraud checks
- Payment-provider rules
- Refund Policy terms
Receiving a refund as wallet credit does not guarantee that the credit can be converted into cash.
10. Withdrawals
Wallet credits are generally not withdrawable unless Playflick expressly allows withdrawal for a specific balance, such as eligible creator earnings.
Creator withdrawals may require:
- Monetisation eligibility
- Identity verification
- Payment account verification
- Tax information where required
- Minimum payout threshold
- No unresolved policy issues
- No unresolved copyright disputes
- No fraud, chargeback, or payment abuse concerns
- Compliance with Creator Monetisation Terms
Playflick may delay, withhold, reduce, reverse, or cancel withdrawals where necessary for legal, tax, fraud, copyright, payment, safety, or policy reasons.
11. Transfers
Unless Playflick expressly allows it, wallet credits, ad credits, promotional credits, and platform balances may not be transferred, sold, traded, exchanged, gifted, assigned, or moved between accounts.
Unauthorised transfers or attempts to sell credits may result in credit removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
12. Expiry
Some credits may expire if disclosed at the time they are issued or where permitted by law.
Expiry may apply to:
- Promotional credits
- Advertising credits
- Trial credits
- Bonus credits
- Referral credits
- Goodwill credits
- Credits linked to limited campaigns
Playflick may remove expired credits from your account without further notice where the expiry terms were disclosed or permitted by applicable law.
13. Chargebacks and Reversals
If a payment used to buy credits is charged back, reversed, disputed, refunded, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, Playflick may remove the corresponding credits or recover the equivalent value.
This may result in:
- Negative wallet balance
- Loss of paid content access
- Paused subscriptions
- Paused advertising campaigns
- Account restrictions
- Creator payout holds
- Suspension or termination for payment abuse
14. Negative Balances
Your account may show a negative balance if credits are reversed after being spent, if payments fail, if refunds or chargebacks occur, or if fraud or abuse is detected.
Playflick may require repayment, offset future credits or earnings, restrict account features, or suspend access until the balance is resolved.
15. Fraud, Abuse, and Invalid Activity
Playflick may restrict, remove, reverse, or freeze credits or balances connected to:
- Stolen payment methods
- Unauthorised payment use
- Chargeback abuse
- Refund abuse

- Fake subscribers
- Invalid ad traffic
- Bot activity
- Spam
- Scams

- Sanctions or restricted-party concerns
- False identity or billing information
- Policy violations
16. Account Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to wallet credits, ad credits, promotional credits, paid content, subscriptions, creator balances, monetisation tools, advertising tools, and other platform balances.
Playflick may retain, reverse, refund, withhold, or cancel balances depending on the reason for suspension or termination, applicable law, payment-provider rules, fraud risk, refund obligations, copyright issues, and policy enforcement.
17. Account Deletion
If you delete your account, you may lose access to wallet credits, ad credits, promotional credits, creator balances, paid content, subscriptions, advertising campaigns, and other digital balances.
Before deleting your account, review your balances, subscriptions, creator payouts, advertising campaigns, and paid content access.
Account deletion does not automatically create a refund right.
18. Errors and Adjustments
Playflick may correct wallet, credit, billing, payout, advertising, or balance errors at any time.
This may include:
- Removing credits added by mistake
- Adding credits that should have been credited
- Reversing duplicate credits
