3. Playflick Trademarks
Playflick™, the Playflick name, Playflick logo, Playflick branding, platform design elements, slogans, product names, service names, and related marks are trademarks, service marks, trade names, or claimed marks of Playflick™ Media .ltd.
You must not use Playflick trademarks in a way that:
- Suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, approval, or official status without permission
- Confuses users about your relationship with Playflick
- Impersonates Playflick or Playflick staff
- Creates fake Playflick support, payment, moderation, copyright, or legal accounts
- Registers confusingly similar domain names, usernames, logos, or accounts
- Damages or misuses Playflick’s reputation or goodwill
4. User Responsibility
Users, creators, advertisers, businesses, and developers are responsible for ensuring that their content, usernames, channel names, logos, thumbnails, ads, descriptions, links, products, services, and campaigns do not infringe trademarks or mislead users.
You must not use another person’s or company’s brand identity unless you have permission or a lawful basis.
5. Prohibited Trademark and Brand Abuse
Playflick does not allow trademark or brand abuse.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Pretending to be a brand, company, creator, public figure, organisation, or official representative
- Using a trademark in a username, channel name, title, thumbnail, profile image, banner, or ad to mislead users
- Creating fake official support, payment, copyright, legal, or customer service accounts
- Selling or promoting counterfeit goods
- Using logos or marks to falsely suggest endorsement or affiliation
- Using trademarks in phishing, scams, fake giveaways, fake investments, or fraudulent offers
- Running ads that misleadingly use another brand’s name, logo, or identity
- Registering accounts mainly to block a brand owner from using their name
- Using Playflick branding without permission
6. Permitted Uses
Some uses of trademarks may be allowed where they are lawful, accurate, and not misleading.
Examples may include:
- News reporting
- Commentary
- Reviews
- Criticism
- Parody, where lawful and not misleading
- Comparisons
- Descriptive references to products or services
- Fan content that does not falsely claim official status
Even where trademark references are allowed, users must not mislead viewers about affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, or official status.

9. What Playflick May Do After a Complaint
After receiving a trademark complaint, Playflick may:
- Review the complaint
- Request more information
- Remove or restrict content
- Remove or change usernames, channel names, profile names, or account identifiers
- Remove misleading logos, thumbnails, banners, descriptions, or ads
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Disable advertising or monetisation
- Preserve records where necessary
- Reject complaints that are incomplete, invalid, abusive, fraudulent, overbroad, or unsupported
Playflick may consider the context, whether the use is misleading, whether users are likely to be confused, whether the account is impersonating the rights holder, and whether the use appears lawful or abusive.
10. Counter-Responses and Appeals
If your content, account, username, channel name, ad, or monetisation was restricted because of a trademark complaint and you believe Playflick made a mistake, you may contact us to request a review.

11. Counterfeit Goods and Services
Playflick does not allow counterfeit goods, fake brand products, fake services, or misleading commercial offers.
Content, ads, or accounts promoting counterfeit goods may be removed, restricted, demonetised, or terminated.
Serious counterfeit or fraud issues may be reported to relevant authorities, payment providers, hosting providers, rights holders, or other relevant parties where appropriate.
12. Advertising and Trademark Use
Advertisers must not use trademarks, logos, brand names, or business names in a misleading or infringing way.
Ads must not falsely suggest official status, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, reseller status, certification, or affiliation.
Playflick may reject, remove, or suspend ads that breach this policy or our Advertising Policy.
13. Usernames, Channels, and Brand Names
Playflick may restrict, remove, rename, reclaim, or transfer usernames, channel names, display names, handles, URLs, or profile identifiers where they:
- Mislead users
- Impersonate a brand or person
- Infringe trademark rights
- Suggest false affiliation
- Are used for scams or phishing
- Are used to block a legitimate rights holder
- Create confusion with Playflick or another brand
Playflick is not required to provide a specific username, channel name, or handle to any user.
14. False or Abusive Trademark Complaints
You must not submit false, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith trademark complaints.
Abuse of the complaint process may result in rejection of complaints, loss of complaint access, account restrictions, or other action where appropriate.

Playflick does not provide legal advice.
If you are unsure whether a trademark use is lawful, infringing, descriptive, nominative, parody, fair use, or otherwise permitted, you should seek independent legal advice.
16. Changes to This Trademark Policy
We may update this Trademark Policy from time to time.
Changes may reflect legal requirements, platform features, complaint processes, advertising rules, impersonation risks, brand-protection practices, or enforcement procedures.
