Users under 18 should not purchase subscriptions without permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Subscription Purchase

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Playflick and its payment providers to charge the relevant amount using your selected payment method.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
If automatic renewal applies, you authorise Playflick and its payment providers to charge your payment method at each renewal until the subscription is cancelled, expires, fails, or is terminated.
You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.
6. Billing Frequency
Subscriptions may be billed weekly, monthly, yearly, or on another recurring basis depending on the plan offered.
Billing periods may vary by subscription type, creator, plan, country, currency, payment provider, or feature.
The billing frequency shown at checkout will apply to that subscription unless changed according to these terms.
7. Trials and Introductory Offers
Playflick may offer free trials, discounted trials, introductory offers, promotional subscription rates, or limited-time subscription benefits.
Trial or promotional offers may:
- Be available only to eligible users
- Be limited to one per user or account
- Require a valid payment method
- Automatically renew into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends

Cancellation usually stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past payments or unused time unless required by law or allowed under our Refund Policy.

After cancellation, you may continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the subscription terms, policy enforcement, refund decision, payment-provider rules, or applicable law require otherwise.

10. Failed Payments

- Cancellation of the subscription
- Restriction of paid content access
- Account billing review
- Loss of promotional pricing
11. Subscription Price Changes
Playflick, creators, or subscription providers may change subscription prices where permitted.
If the price of a recurring subscription changes, Playflick may notify affected users where required or appropriate.
If you do not agree to a price change, you should cancel the subscription before the new price applies.
12. Changes to Subscription Benefits
Subscription benefits may change over time.
Benefits may be added, removed, restricted, renamed, replaced, discontinued, or modified due to:

- Copyright or rights issues

Playflick does not guarantee that subscription benefits will remain unchanged forever.
13. Creator Memberships and Channel Subscriptions
Creator memberships or channel subscriptions may provide access to creator-specific benefits, such as subscriber-only content, badges, posts, videos, community access, or other creator features where available.
Creators are responsible for accurately describing their subscription benefits and complying with Playflick policies.
Playflick may restrict creator subscriptions or benefits where content or conduct breaches Playflick rules, payment rules, copyright rules, safety rules, or legal requirements.
14. Creator Content Availability
A subscription does not guarantee that every creator video, channel feature, benefit, or piece of content will remain available permanently.
Creator content may become unavailable if:
- The creator deletes it
- The creator changes subscription benefits
- The creator’s account is suspended or terminated
- The content violates Playflick policies
- The content receives a copyright or trademark complaint
- The content is removed for legal, safety, privacy, or operational reasons
- The creator stops participating in subscription features
15. Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscription refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Refunds may depend on:
- The type of subscription
- Whether benefits were accessed or used
- Whether the subscription renewed automatically
- Whether cancellation happened before renewal
- Whether there was a technical issue
- Whether the content was removed
- Whether there was fraud, abuse, chargeback, or policy violation

Playflick may refuse refunds where a subscription was used, abused, accessed, outside the refund window, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not eligible under our Refund Policy.

- Charging back valid purchases to keep benefits for free

- Using subscriptions for scams, fraud, or harassment
Subscription abuse may result in cancellation, loss of access, payment reversal, account restriction, suspension, or termination.
18. Age Restrictions
Some subscriptions may be age-restricted.
Users under 18 should not buy subscriptions without parent or guardian permission.
Playflick may restrict subscriptions involving mature content, paid creator tools, advertising, monetisation, business tools, or legal compliance requirements.
19. Account Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to subscriptions, subscription benefits, paid content, creator memberships, premium features, wallet credits, and related services.
Playflick may cancel subscriptions, restrict access, withhold refunds, or take other action where suspension or termination is caused by policy violations, fraud, payment abuse, copyright infringement, legal issues, or safety concerns.
20. Account Deletion
If you delete your account, you may lose access to active subscriptions, subscription history, paid benefits, creator memberships, wallet credits, and premium features.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through third-party payment providers, app stores, or external billing platforms.
You should cancel active subscriptions before deleting your account.
21. Taxes and Fees
Subscription prices may be subject to VAT, sales tax, platform fees, payment-provider fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or other charges depending on your location, payment method, and applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing the total price and any applicable charges before subscribing.
22. No Guarantee of Results
Subscriptions do not guarantee specific results.
For example, subscriptions do not guarantee:
- Creator uploads
- Creator replies
- Access to content forever
- Creator availability
- Advertising performance
- Audience growth
- Creator earnings
- Platform uptime
- Specific features forever
23. Privacy and Subscription Data
Playflick and payment providers may process subscription, billing, payment, refund, chargeback, creator, usage, access, and account data.
This data may be used for billing, access control, fraud prevention, tax records, refunds, payment disputes, creator revenue calculations, support, legal compliance, and platform operations.

24. Changes to These Subscriptions Terms
