Playflick does not guarantee that creator monetisation or payouts will be available in every country or for every eligible account.
7. Advertising Restrictions
Advertising services may be restricted based on advertiser location, campaign location, payment method, content type, sanctions rules, legal requirements, or payment-provider restrictions.
Playflick may reject, pause, remove, or restrict advertising where:
- The advertiser is subject to sanctions or financial restrictions
- The campaign targets a restricted country or territory
- The campaign promotes prohibited goods or services
- The payment method is restricted
- The landing page creates sanctions, fraud, safety, or legal risk
- The advertiser cannot complete verification where required
8. API and Developer Restrictions
API and developer access may be restricted for sanctions, export control, security, legal, abuse-prevention, or regional availability reasons.
Developers must not use Playflick APIs or developer tools:
- From restricted countries or territories where prohibited

- You will not use Playflick to evade sanctions, financial restrictions, or legal requirements

- You will not hide or misrepresent your location, identity, ownership, or control to access restricted features
10. Prohibited Evasion
You must not attempt to evade sanctions, location restrictions, payment restrictions, payout restrictions, or account restrictions.
Prohibited evasion may include:
- Using false identity information
- Using false billing information
- Using someone else’s payment method to bypass restrictions
- Using proxy accounts
- Using shell companies or intermediaries to hide ownership or control
- Misrepresenting your country or location
- Creating accounts for restricted users
- Receiving payouts on behalf of restricted users
- Using VPNs, proxies, or technical tools to bypass legal or payment restrictions
Playflick may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in evasion.
11. Verification and Screening
Playflick and its payment, payout, fraud-prevention, identity, advertising, or compliance providers may perform checks to help comply with sanctions and restricted-party requirements.
