You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.
Cancellation tools may be available in your account settings, subscription settings, payment-provider account, app store account, or by contacting Playflick where appropriate.
Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewals, but it may not automatically refund past payments or unused time unless required by law or allowed under our Refund Policy.
10. Paid Content and Digital Access
Paid videos, rentals, subscriptions, memberships, and digital features give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the relevant content or feature according to the terms shown at purchase.

- Credits do not earn interest
- Credits may be limited to Playflick services
- Credits may be non-transferable
- Credits may expire where permitted and disclosed
- Credits may be removed, reversed, or restricted if obtained through fraud, abuse, error, chargeback, or policy violation

- Whether the content was accessed or consumed

- Whether the purchase involved a subscription renewal
- Whether there was a technical issue caused by Playflick
- Whether the content was removed for policy reasons
- Whether fraud, abuse, chargeback, or account misuse is suspected

Playflick may refuse refunds where a purchase was used, abused, fraudulent, reversed, outside the refund window, or otherwise not eligible under our Refund Policy.

17. Advertising Payments
Advertisers are responsible for all charges connected to their ads, promoted content, campaigns, targeting, budgets, clicks, impressions, views, or other advertising activity.
Playflick may pause or stop ads if payment fails, ad credits run out, fraud is suspected, the ad violates policy, or the advertiser account is restricted.
Advertising refunds or credits may be handled under the Advertising Policy, Refund Policy, campaign terms, and applicable law.

Before deleting your account, review your active subscriptions, paid content, wallet credits, advertising campaigns, creator payouts, and billing records.
20. Payment Data and Privacy
Playflick and payment providers may process payment, billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, payout, refund, chargeback, and accounting data.
