These Mobile Apps Terms explain the rules that apply if Playflick™ Media .ltd provides, supports, links to, connects with, or makes available mobile applications, mobile web features, app-based notifications, app logins, API-connected apps, or app-related services for Playflick.com.

These terms should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Online Safety Policy, Child Safety Policy, Content Policy, API & Developer Terms, Payments & Billing Terms, Subscriptions Terms, Advertising Policy, Third-Party Services Policy, and Security Policy & Responsible Disclosure.

  • Creator, viewer, advertiser, or admin mobile features

  • Mobile notifications
  • In-app payments where available
  • App store subscriptions where available
  • Third-party apps that connect to Playflick where authorised

If there is a conflict between these Mobile Apps Terms and rules shown by an app store, payment provider, or mobile operating system, additional third-party rules may also apply.


3. Official Apps

Only apps published, authorised, or clearly approved by Playflick should be treated as official Playflick apps.

Users should be careful with fake apps, unofficial downloads, modified apps, cloned apps, cracked apps, or apps claiming to represent Playflick without permission.

Playflick is not responsible for unofficial, fake, modified, cracked, infected, or unauthorised apps downloaded from third-party sources.


4. App Store Terms

If you download a Playflick app through an app store or marketplace, your use may also be subject to that app store’s terms, payment rules, refund rules, privacy practices, device permissions, and content standards.

App stores may include:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store
  • Other authorised mobile app marketplaces

App store providers may process payments, subscriptions, refunds, device data, crash reports, and other app-related information according to their own policies.


5. Account Use in Mobile Apps

You may need a Playflick account to use certain mobile app features.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account secure
  • Using a strong password
  • Not sharing login details
  • Logging out from shared devices
  • Keeping your email account secure
  • Reporting suspicious account activity

Playflick may restrict app access if your account is suspended, terminated, compromised, under review, or in breach of Playflick policies.


6. Mobile Uploads

If mobile upload features are available, uploads made through mobile apps must follow all Playflick rules.

You must not upload:

  • Content you do not own or have permission to use
  • Pirated movies, TV shows, music, sports broadcasts, or trailers
  • Content involving child exploitation or child sexual abuse
  • Non-consensual intimate content
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Scams, phishing, malware, or illegal content
  • Content that violates privacy, copyright, trademark, safety, or community rules

Mobile uploads may be processed, compressed, reviewed, restricted, removed, or delayed for technical, safety, legal, copyright, or moderation reasons.


7. Mobile Livestreaming

If mobile livestreaming is available, livestreams must follow our Livestreaming Policy and all Playflick rules.

Mobile livestreaming may be restricted based on:

  • Account status
  • Age
  • Verification
  • Device compatibility
  • Network quality
  • Policy history
  • Safety risk
  • Legal or copyright concerns

Playflick may stop, restrict, age-limit, demonetise, or remove mobile livestreams that breach our rules or create safety, legal, copyright, privacy, or platform risks.


8. Push Notifications

Playflick mobile apps may use push notifications where you allow them.

Notifications may include:

  • Account alerts
  • Security alerts
  • Video updates
  • Creator updates
  • Comment or reply alerts
  • Subscription notices
  • Payment or billing notices
  • Livestream alerts
  • Platform announcements
  • Marketing or promotional messages where permitted

You can usually manage push notifications through your device settings, app settings, browser settings, or account settings where available.


9. Device Permissions

Mobile apps may request device permissions to provide features.

Permissions may include:

  • Camera access for recording, uploads, profile images, or livestreams
  • Microphone access for video recording, voice, or livestreaming
  • Photo or media library access for uploads and profile images
  • Storage access for saving or selecting files

  • App store payment rules

  • Fraud-prevention checks

App store purchases, refunds, subscriptions, cancellations, and billing issues may need to be handled through the app store account or payment provider used for the purchase.


12. App Updates

Some features may stop working if you do not install required updates.

You must not misuse Playflick mobile apps or app-connected systems.

You must not:

  • Modify, crack, clone, or redistribute apps without permission

  • Use bots, scrapers, automation, or fake engagement

  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Use unofficial apps to abuse Playflick

14. Third-Party Apps and Integrations

Third-party apps are not automatically controlled, endorsed, or guaranteed by Playflick.

Developers must follow our API & Developer Terms and all applicable privacy, security, and user-consent rules.


15. Unofficial Apps and APKs

Do not download Playflick apps from unofficial, suspicious, cracked, modified, or untrusted sources.

Unofficial apps may contain:

  • Malware
  • Spyware
  • Credential theft tools
  • Payment fraud tools
  • Fake login screens
  • Hidden tracking
  • Modified features that breach Playflick rules

Playflick may restrict or block access from unofficial or modified apps where needed to protect users, security, payments, creators, advertisers, and the platform.


16. Availability and Compatibility

Playflick does not guarantee that mobile apps or mobile features will always be available, compatible, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or supported on every device, browser, operating system, country, network, or app store.

17. Suspension or Termination of App Access

  • You engage in fraud, spam, fake engagement, hacking, or abuse
  • You breach payment, subscription, copyright, safety, or advertising rules
  • Access creates legal, security, technical, or platform risk
