- Movie rentals
- Premium creator videos
- Subscriber-only videos
- Channel subscriptions

The specific price, access period, features, restrictions, and purchase terms will be shown at checkout or on the relevant content page where available.
3. Your Right to Access Paid Content
When you buy or rent paid content on Playflick, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access that content through Playflick.
You do not own the paid content. You only receive access according to the purchase, rental, subscription, or platform terms.
You must not:
- Copy paid content
- Download paid content unless Playflick expressly allows it
- Record paid content
- Screen-record paid content
- Redistribute paid content
- Upload paid content to another platform
- Share account access to paid content
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer access to paid content
- Bypass access controls, payment controls, DRM, streaming controls, or technical restrictions
4. Paid Video Purchases
A paid video purchase gives you access to the relevant video through Playflick, subject to these terms and any restrictions shown at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Access is for personal viewing only
- Access is tied to your Playflick account
- You may not share access with others
- You may not copy, download, or redistribute the video
- Access may be removed if the content is removed, restricted, deleted, or becomes unavailable
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy
5. Rentals
A rental gives you temporary access to paid content for a limited rental period.
The rental period, viewing window, expiry time, and other restrictions may be shown at checkout or on the content page.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Rentals are for personal viewing only
- Rentals expire after the rental period ends
- Expired rentals cannot be accessed without renting again
- Rental access may begin immediately after purchase
- Refunds are not normally provided once access has started or the rental has been made available, unless required by law
6. Channel Subscriptions and Creator Memberships
Playflick may allow users to subscribe to channels or creator memberships for access to premium content or benefits.
Subscription benefits may vary by creator and may include:
- Subscriber-only videos
- Premium posts or updates
- Creator badges
- Exclusive content
- Early access
- Other benefits shown by the creator or Playflick
Unless stated otherwise:
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
- You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments
- Benefits may change, be removed, or become unavailable
- If a creator is suspended, deleted, or removed, access to that creator’s paid content may be affected
7. Pricing and Taxes
Prices may vary depending on content type, creator settings, region, currency, tax requirements, promotions, exchange rates, payment provider fees, or platform rules.
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the checkout process and applicable law.
You are responsible for any taxes, charges, bank fees, payment-provider fees, currency conversion fees, or other costs that may apply to your purchase unless stated otherwise.
8. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
Playflick is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, insufficient funds, incorrect details, declined payments, chargebacks, or provider restrictions.
9. Refunds
Refunds for paid content are handled under our Refund Policy.
Because paid content is digital and may be made available immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, playback has started, a rental period has begun, or the digital service has been delivered, unless required by law or approved by Playflick.
Refunds are not normally provided because:
- You changed your mind after access was granted
- You did not like the content
- You forgot to cancel a subscription
- You experienced issues caused by your device, browser, internet connection, or third-party software
- You breached Playflick policies
- The content was removed because of copyright, safety, legal, or policy issues
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Content Availability
Paid content may not always remain available.
Content may be removed, restricted, disabled, deleted, demonetised, geo-restricted, age-restricted, or made unavailable for reasons including:
- Creator deletion
- Creator account suspension
- Copyright complaints
- Legal notices
- Policy violations
- Child-safety concerns
- Privacy complaints
- Payment issues
- Rights expiry
- Technical issues
- Platform changes
- Business or operational decisions
Playflick does not guarantee that any paid content will remain available forever.
11. Creator Responsibility for Paid Content

Refunds are not normally provided where access is lost because of your breach of Playflick policies, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or copyright infringement.
18. No Guarantee of Earnings or Success
Playflick does not guarantee that creators will earn money from paid content.
Earnings may depend on many factors, including audience demand, pricing, content quality, platform rules, refunds, chargebacks, payment-provider restrictions, copyright claims, taxes, and user activity.
Playflick may change or discontinue paid content features at any time.
19. Changes to Paid Content Features
Playflick may add, remove, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue paid content features at any time.
We may change:

Where required, we may provide notice of significant changes.
20. Changes to These Paid Content Terms
We may update these Paid Content Terms from time to time.
Changes may reflect new paid features, legal requirements, payment-provider rules, consumer law requirements, creator tools, monetisation rules, or platform changes.
Your continued use of paid content features after changes become effective means you agree to the updated terms.
