This Child Safety Policy explains how Playflick™ Media .ltd protects children and young people on Playflick.com.
Playflick has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, child exploitation, grooming, predatory behaviour, or any content or activity that endangers children.
This policy applies to all users, visitors, creators, uploaders, advertisers, viewers, commenters, subscribers, and anyone else using Playflick.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Online Safety Policy, and Copyright & Takedown Policy.

2. Minimum Age
Playflick is not intended for children under 13 years old.
If you are under 18 years old, you may only use Playflick with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Some features may be restricted to users aged 18 or over, including monetisation, paid content, advertising tools, creator earnings, withdrawals, business tools, livestreaming, and other advanced features.
We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts where we believe a user is underage, unsafe, or using Playflick without appropriate consent.
3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material
Playflick strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material, also known as CSAM.
You must not upload, post, stream, share, request, promote, sell, distribute, link to, or discuss access to:
- Child sexual abuse material
- Sexual images or videos of minors
- Sexualised content involving minors
- Content that appears to show a minor in a sexual context
- Computer-generated, AI-generated, edited, animated, or illustrated sexual content involving minors
- Content that sexualises children or young people
- Content that encourages, normalises, or jokes about sexual abuse of children
If we detect or receive a credible report of child sexual abuse material, we may immediately remove the content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report the matter to relevant authorities or child-protection organisations.
4. Grooming and Predatory Behaviour
Playflick prohibits grooming, predatory behaviour, and attempts to exploit or manipulate children or young people.
Prohibited behaviour includes:
- Contacting minors for sexual purposes
- Requesting sexual images, videos, messages, or personal information from minors
- Sending sexual messages to minors
- Encouraging minors to move conversations to private platforms for unsafe purposes
- Manipulating, pressuring, bribing, threatening, or blackmailing minors
- Offering money, gifts, fame, promotion, or platform benefits in exchange for sexual content
- Attempting to meet a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes
- Using fake identities to contact or exploit minors
- Encouraging adults to contact or exploit minors
Accounts involved in grooming or predatory behaviour may be permanently banned and reported to appropriate authorities.
5. Content Featuring Children
Content featuring children may be allowed only if it is lawful, safe, respectful, and appropriate.
Users must not upload content that:
- Places a child at risk of harm
- Exploits, humiliates, bullies, or abuses a child
- Sexualises a child
- Shows a child in a private or vulnerable situation without proper consent
- Reveals a child’s private personal information
- Encourages unsafe behaviour by children
- Uses children for scams, manipulation, or deceptive content
- Shows abuse, neglect, or endangerment of a child
- Uses children to generate inappropriate attention, engagement, or monetisation
Playflick may remove, restrict, or age-limit content featuring children where we believe it creates safety, privacy, exploitation, or reputational risk.
6. Privacy of Children and Young People
Users must respect the privacy of children and young people.
You must not share a child’s private information without appropriate permission.
Prohibited information may include:
- Home address
- School name or location
- Private phone number
- Private email address
- Exact live location
- Identity documents
- Medical information
- Private family details
- Private photos or videos taken without consent
- Information that could place a child at risk
Content that exposes or endangers a child may be removed, restricted, or reported.
7. Bullying, Harassment, and Abuse of Minors
Playflick does not allow bullying, harassment, threats, intimidation, humiliation, or targeted abuse of children or young people.
Prohibited behaviour includes:
- Mocking or humiliating a child
- Encouraging others to harass a child
- Threatening a minor
- Sharing embarrassing private content involving a minor
- Targeting a minor based on appearance, disability, race, religion, gender, sexuality, family background, or other personal characteristics
- Creating fake accounts to abuse or impersonate a minor
- Repeated unwanted contact with a minor
We may remove content, restrict comments, suspend accounts, and take further action where minors are targeted.
8. Dangerous Challenges and Harmful Behaviour
Playflick prohibits content that encourages children or young people to take part in dangerous, harmful, or potentially life-threatening behaviour.
Prohibited content includes:
- Dangerous challenges likely to cause serious injury
- Instructions for self-harm
- Encouragement of suicide
- Eating disorder encouragement
- Risky stunts targeted at minors
- Content encouraging children to misuse substances
- Content encouraging children to run away, hide, or avoid safety support
- Content that pressures children to perform unsafe acts for views, likes, or money
Educational, awareness, or recovery-focused content may be allowed if it does not provide harmful instructions or encourage dangerous behaviour.
9. Sexual Content and Minors
Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
Playflick may also remove or restrict content that appears to sexualise minors even if it does not contain nudity.
Prohibited content includes:
- Sexual comments directed at minors
- Sexualised thumbnails involving minors
- Sexualised titles, tags, or descriptions involving minors
- Content focusing on a minor’s body in a sexual or exploitative way
- Roleplay, animation, AI-generated content, or fictional content that sexualises minors
- Requests for sexual content from minors
- Links to sexual content involving minors
We may take immediate action against any account involved in this behaviour.
10. Livestreaming and Children
If livestreaming is available on Playflick, extra safety rules apply.
Users must not use livestreaming to:
- Exploit or endanger minors
- Request personal information from minors
- Request sexual content from minors
- Encourage dangerous behaviour
- Harass, bully, or humiliate children
- Broadcast private spaces involving minors without appropriate consent
- Use minors for deceptive, exploitative, or inappropriate monetisation
Playflick may suspend livestreaming access, remove livestreams, disable comments, or terminate accounts where child-safety concerns arise.
11. Monetisation and Children
If Playflick enables monetisation, paid videos, subscriptions, donations, advertising, or creator earnings, users must not exploit children for financial gain.
Prohibited monetisation behaviour includes:
- Using children in harmful, humiliating, sexualised, or exploitative content for revenue
- Misleading users with child-related charity or fundraising claims
- Selling access to inappropriate content involving minors
- Using minors to encourage donations, subscriptions, or payments in a manipulative way
- Monetising content that violates this Child Safety Policy
Playflick may demonetise content, withhold earnings, suspend creator tools, or terminate accounts where monetisation creates child-safety risk.
12. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you see content or behaviour that may endanger a child, please report it immediately.

- The username or channel name, if known
- A clear description of the concern
- Why you believe a child or young person may be at risk
- Any screenshots or supporting information, if available
- Your contact details if you want a response
Do not download, copy, share, forward, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material. Report it immediately.
13. Emergency Situations
If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or local law enforcement immediately.
In the United Kingdom, call 999 in an emergency.
Playflick is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee immediate review of reports.
14. What We May Do After a Report
After receiving a child-safety report, Playflick may:
- Review the reported content or account
- Remove or restrict content
- Disable comments or sharing
- Restrict visibility
- Age-restrict content
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Preserve evidence
- Request more information
- Report serious concerns to relevant authorities or child-protection organisations
- Cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where appropriate or required
We may act without notice where we believe there is a risk to children, users, the public, or the platform.
15. Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children’s online activity and speak with young people about safe internet use.
Parents or guardians may contact Playflick if they believe a child has created an account, uploaded content, appeared in content, received unsafe contact, or been affected by harmful behaviour on Playflick.

16. Account Removal for Underage Users
If we learn that a user under 13 has created an account, we may delete or restrict the account and remove related content, unless we need to preserve information for legal, safety, enforcement, or child-protection reasons.

17. False or Malicious Reports
Users must not submit false, malicious, abusive, or bad-faith child-safety reports.
False reports can harm users and interfere with genuine safety work. Playflick may restrict or suspend accounts that misuse the reporting process.
18. Cooperation With Authorities
Playflick may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, courts, child-protection organisations, hosting providers, payment providers, safety organisations, and other relevant parties where appropriate or required.
We may disclose information, remove content, preserve evidence, restrict accounts, or report serious child-safety concerns where necessary to protect children, comply with law, or enforce our policies.
19. No Guarantee of Complete Protection
Playflick works to protect children and young people, but no online platform can guarantee that all harmful content or behaviour will be detected immediately.
Users, parents, guardians, creators, and community members should report concerns promptly and use caution when interacting online.
20. Changes to This Child Safety Policy
We may update this Child Safety Policy from time to time.
Changes may reflect new laws, safety risks, platform features, moderation tools, reporting procedures, or enforcement practices.
Your continued use of Playflick after changes become effective means you agree to follow the updated policy.
